Avenue Shop Swap and Sell

My son lost his 2nd pair of AirPods recently so I went in to get myself a new pair as he took mine. Bridget helped me and was extremely pleasant and professional. Very nice young woman and explained the differences of the AirPods. Got a great price. Honestly always check for something used before spending the full price at a retail big box store. You’ll save yourself a lot of money and they have almost anything you can think of.

Bought a midi device. No hassles. They allowed me to check it before I bought it. It came with a 15 day return policy and a 20% discount. Helpful staff and relaxed atmosphere.

This is one of the better pawn shops in Windsor. I love this place the staff are awesome. The place is clean and neat. Lots of parking. Overall good place

I have been shopping at avenue for years and it has always been a great experience. The staff is always helpful and kind. The prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of products and always get in new stuff. I recently made a purchase and when I got home I realized the product was defective . I spoke to James and he took care of it and I remain a happy customer. I recommend people all the time.

I ordered online from Avenue Swap & Shop. These guys are AMAZING. They have integrity, communicate well, and shipped a very delicate item in some very impressive packaging to arrive safely and quickly. Their attention to detail and customer service is something you don't see in retail anywhere anymore. It's so refreshing. I never leave reviews, but felt the need to after this experience. Above and beyond.

I have nothing other than good things to say about Avenue shop swap and sell, this place is in the community and the people there our kind and friendly and go beyond out their way to meet our needs, my wife walked in the store this morning and brought two beautiful purses and was giving a nice discount, employee JM we appreciate you, anything that my wife and I need we always go there, the atmosphere is great and we highly recommend this store, especially when you're on a budget and need nice things,

Went to swap a guitar for a bass, (need 2 forms of government ID for hand-ins), thankfully they had a piece in my price range. Got to test it on an amp to be sure it's in good working condition. Staff were very friendly, and the store is stocked full of cool stuff. Would definitely recommend and I plan to visit again

My whole interaction with the staff was a very pleasant experience. Allof them were all very accomodating and well versed on all the products that I enquired about, especially the short one she was very friendly and fair.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. If you have items to sell and you want a ‘more than fair price’, I highly recommend. I can see why they have such amazing reviews.

I have been a customer at Avenue Pawn since they opened. I have pawned as well as bought items. My most recent purchase was for a beautifully detailed Japanese Warrior sculpture or statue. Not sure which category best suits the piece. Their prices are very reasonable. I also purchased a cute diamond ring from them a while back. Go check them out in their Leamington store. They have alot of nice stuff.

Today was great service, the representative was helpful. I am normally pleased with dealing at Avenue. Only once I had to deal with a rude sales lady. I guess it was only a one time thing. I avoided her today.

Avenue pawnshop is always a great place to purchase a wide variety of items at a great price, but they’re always there when or if I ever need a loan. The people are great the store is great!

I've been shopping at this store for the past 8 years and the representative are so friendly and welcoming they always greet me with smiles and the prices are unbeatable this will always be my one stop shop as long as I'm in Leamington

I have been shopping with Avenue Pawn for well over 20 years. The staff are wonderful to deal with and have always been very helpful. I have gone to a couple of other pawn shops just to look, but I always come back here!!

Friendly service and great prices while also still being negotiable on any price that may be a bit much! (Only buying experience, I haven’t sold anything, thus I can’t attest to that aspect)
