Sarah was a great instructor for a newbie like me. Definitely felt the shake and burn. Love the mega-formers and the slow rhythmic exercises. Goes perfect with my home exercise routine.

I am so glad I found this hard working community of fellow Lagree Lovers! This 50 minute workout has redefined my fitness goals, giving me an opportunity to build length and strength!

These classes are hard work, and the results are REAL! The instructors keep you motivated and smiling through the Shake & Burn!!!

Edited to say, I’ve tried the three locations in Toronto, and am hometown proud! Our London studio has the best teachers and beautiful brand new machines!

Totally unique workout. It's a great way to change things up for people who are used to training with free weights! This studio has a great atmosphere too, very friendly!

Love this place! The trainers are very passionate about health and fitness, and results I got in such a short time are unbelievable, I’m so glad I gave it a try!

Best workout , such nice staff and very clean. You really get to focus on your body strengthening it.
