This place has great customer service. Their staffs are friendly especially Richelle at this location, she's so helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. I would recommend asking for her when you visit Structube at this location. Thanks for all your help Richelle.

Great furniture store with affordable pricing. A lot of selection of furniture for the whole 🏠. This location is a showroom, so everything needs to ordered and will be delivered to your house or can be picked up at this location. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Beautiful store!! Came here today for the first time and was blown away with how nicely staged the furniture was! Not to mention their decor pieces are very fairly priced and trendy-looking as well! The ladies were VERY helpful and welcoming! I will definitely be back again for more future home decor pieces!

This was my first experience at this store. I must say I was very impressed by the preparedness of Leah. She was organized with a list of things next time I was there. She walked us through and spent a good 2 hours helping us with the whole process, she was also very knowledgeable about her product. There are certain limitations due to COVID availability and we had some miscommunication in the process but it was all managed very well which is great. Kudos to the whole team including Leah, Jose, and the store manager who helped as well. Recommend Leah as a sales associate.

I went to Structube Wonderland Rd a couple of weeks ago to buy a dining table and chairs. The sales associate, Leah, was amazing! She made my day- she was so friendly and so helpful, her customer service skills were top notch! My table and chairs are arriving on Monday and I can't wait to see them all set up! If only every sales associate in retail stores were as good as Leah :)

I want to write a review based on an over-the-phone experience. I called regarding the availability of a certain piece of furniture, to be able to test it before I ordered it. The lovely sales person was so kind and welcoming that I rushed right over to the store to 'test drive' the chair I was looking for. I want to thank her for her kind tone and very helpful answers because you never know how sales associates will react on a phone conversation; I was pleasantly surprised. Please keep up the good communication skills because let's face it, customer service will always win out in the end.

Excellent experience here at Structube, specifically at this location. Had a large item that was having some trouble getting into my vehicle, but Rebecca really made it happen and I appreciate her taking the extra step to ensure our purchase was a smooth and easy process. Appreciate her very much, and the entire staff working that day. Would recommend this location even if you are just looking to get inspiration for your own space, as they have a very beautiful set up with many products on the floor.

Nicely setup and bright store. Very reasonable prices on furniture. Had an issue with the bed at bought but they were very good about replacing the part that was broken. Also got a couple arm chairs and a "tribble" stool all of which have been great. My wife loves the pineapple theme decor.

The best furniture store in London. Very mordern, contemporary style, reasonably priced and great quality. Their customer service makes the experience even better. I bought my dinning table, chairs and console table from them and absolutely love it. Quality is excellent and delivery was stress free. I’m gonna order bunch of other stuff from them too. Highly recommended!!!

Their manager Barry is extremely humble and so is Saif. Barry did me a big favour last year I purchased a table and assembled it and one of the doors wasn’t aligning (my fault), Barry made me bring it back and helped me with another purchase. The service resonated with me to continue coming back.

Nice hidden gem, I wasn’t really aware of the store in town and now I love it! We ordered our first chair from here and waiting for it we are very excited. The store is nicely laid out and they are only letting so many people to view items during Covid and they’re doing a really great job. The staff are fantastic here and very helpful.

We went there today to pick up a desk & a chair. As we were driving home the store called to say that they had inadvertently given us a wrong box. But not to worry because one of the employees Barry said that he would deliver the proper box to our home after he finished work tonight. We live 40 to 45 minutes away from the store so what Barry did was above and beyond the call of duty. We are very impressed . Great store. Great staff. Once we assemble the desk and chair I'll post a photo.
