Great and patient customer service for a first time purchaser of quartz counters. The installation was great and it looks awesome. Not only were they the best price of all the places who quoted, they did great work. Have given their name to many people and can't recommend enough.

I discovered Dream Kitchen Cabinet via Kijiji and I am so glad I did! I visited their showroom and was impressed with the huge selection of quartz and their very affordable prices. I had quotes from other counter companies and they were by far the cheapest for the same stone! They came to measure on a Thursday and the counter was installed the following Wednesday and it looks awesome. Thanks!

I went for a quote on friday. Needless to say that I was impressed with the outcome. On Monday thereafter they came to measure and by friday afternoon installed. Friends couldn't believe how professional they were and my husband and myself can't stop praising them.. I would recommend dream kitchen any time. Our kitchen looks beautiful. Thanks

Shopping for marble countertops and quartz countertops. Both staff were very friendly and the showroom had lots of samples. Good price and good quality stuff. The unit is in the back corner, you will find it. Right in the hyde park area. Had a good selection of cabinets also, nice high quality, but thats up to wife to pick. Lol! Check them out.

✔Friendly and very affordable! We went with them a second time because we appreciated their service.
✖But here’s some Service Tips ✌🏼 from both experiences for better service:

- We appreciate at least one person who speaks English. At least pull out your translator more often and not just when we’re taking money.

- If we discuss extending two ends, you do not assume I want all four ends of an island extended. (Probably a translation issue).

- If I ask for a small kitchen sink, I do not want an 8”x8” hand-washing sink. I want something to wash dishes in.

- BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS. ALWAYS. Dont operate my tools again .. 🫣 This is the reason for two stars and not three. I felt overwhelmed with three men who dont speak English coming in a whirl of energy and and didn’t know how to use my tools 🧰 Im a grown woman and I realized too late that I know my tools better than they do and the language barrier was awful because they didn’t even try to gesture to communicate. I needed to be far more controlling of the situation - in other words, I wouldn’t trust them like that again.

- I’ll troubleshoot my own appliance installation and do not need your input. Understand what I ask.

- Maybe ensure all surfaces are level so we can adjust before you install. (They left us half a tube of caulking to install the island counter ourselves).

- Think about the weather before loading our final product on your truck. (Counters came frozen together and they tried pulling and wiggling them apart. I had to come out with hot water so they dont break my counters).

- Drive aware. (They almost took out my neighbours retaining wall on their way out)! 😂

I recommend Dream Kitchen - if you are prepared to take control if necessary. The counters are lovely and finished well. We do appreciate the free quote and ability to pay cash. Cheers.

The store is horrible!
The owner do not speak English because he is a certain racism person which disrespect his workers.
I saw he was yelling something to his employees and felt very angry many times. After that he could speak to customers with fake smelling. And you can find that his employees always change because unfair treatment and unbelievable low salaries, 8.5 CAD per hour.
I can not believe the man who treats his workers could do a good design.
Anyway this is a store where is fully lies.

A horrible and toxic place! When I was an employee in this store, the boss acted indecently towards me. There is no monitor, so I can do nothing but stop working for him.

They did doors for me a couple of years ago.Now i needed 2 doors smaller size ,put the order and payed full price in the mid July.It is over 3 months and I am still waiting. Last time i was told is to to small of a job for priority.
