The day we walked into Pioneer Pools to inquire about getting our pool, we had nothing but great customer service from James Callaghan. James provided us with a lot of information with regards to getting a pool. The design plan that James produced for us fit our backyard perfectly.
Ryan Wolfe was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He always kept us informed of any delays and issues during construction.
We would highly recommend Pioneer Pools to anyone looking to get a pool.

James, Ryan and team did an outstanding job. James was very thorough working with us throughout the design, even helped us with a few minor last minute changes (handrail and additional concrete deck). Ryan did a great job keeping the project moving and us updated. We couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. My pictures don't do it justice, it truly is stunning. We had explored a few other options and I am sure we could of saved a few bucks but when you are making this big of a change you really do want the best and that is what we feel we got...Big thanks from our family to the Pioneer team!!

Shopped around London a fair amount before starting the pool install process. Pioneer is not the cheapest around ,but it is definitely a case of 'you get what you pay for'. Very happy with the final product. Matt (Sales) and Matt (install) are great to work with. Very friendly and professional. All the install crews were accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product.

Last week I had an issue while closing my pool. I called your office for help and was assisted by Anne Marie. She had some initial advice, but indicated that she would enquire further and someone would get back to me. Anne Marie called me back about an hour later with more information. I was able to resolve my issue over the phone with her help. A courteous, efficient and dedicated employee. She is a true asset to staff. Thank you.

Thanks to Madison we were able to acquire a new pool cleaner for our pool! She was extremely knowledgeable on all cleaners and helped us find the right one for us and our pool. Thanks again Madison! Have been dealing with Pioneer for years and bought my last pool here in 2019.

Their prices are very competitive, service is always great! We had a leak in our pool recently and Pioneer was very responsive in sending someone out as quickly as possible.

The team came out, found the leak in minutes, quickly repaired it and we were back enjoying our pool!

We've had our pool from Pioneer for over 20 years. We just needed a new liner a year ago. We received great service. Had abit of an issue and they responded right away. Always answer calls and questions immediately. They are so helpful. We love dealing with them.

We were having water problems and when we dealt with Ben House at Pioneer Pools he diagnosed our problem and gave us detailed instructions to fix the problem which were perfect ! We will definitely ask for him if we have problems in the future.

Pioneer Pools recently did some repairs and installed a new liner for our inground pool.
Their staff were efficient in their work and courteous and knowledgeable answering all our questions.
We are very happy with the results and would recommend them should you be considering having any work done on your pool.

Thank you Pioneer Pools for fixing our pool! After numerous attempts to fix a flow issue ourselves we decided to make a service call to Pioneer Pools and the problem was fixed quickly. A special shout out to Dylan who took the time to call me and update me on the issue, which turned out to be a blockage near one of the valves (which we would of never been able to find ourselves). Dylan was super informative and helpful, with not only fixing our problem but in getting our pool up and running quickly after the problem was resolved. He even took the time to fix one of our lights that he noticed had popped out a bit! Dylan went above and beyond and not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The ladies who work retail and do the water analysis are second-to-none.

A gigantic THANK YOU to these superstars who have managed to not only figure out and correct issues that have been ongoing with my pool water chemistry, but who also have taken the time to troubleshoot what is going wrong, try different things with me, and finally come up with solutions!

They’re also SO knowledgeable! They clearly understand the actual science behind the chemicals that they are selling, not just telling me what I could have read off of the bottle myself.

I have to say, I am SO IMPRESSED that I walked in to the store a few days after taking in a water sample, and the lady who wasn’t there the day of my last sample knew exactly what I had used and asked specifically about the results without even looking at her system first!

I am so pleasantly surprised with how amazing this team really is! They’ve gained a customer for life.

When we were choosing our hot tub James was extremely knowledgeable in helping us to decide on the right one for our needs. Once we decided on the right hot tub he made himself available for all of our follow up questions; and visited our house to ensure that the deck renovations we were doing would accommodate the hot tub properly. James was always friendly, professional, courteous and positive in his communications and very personable! In terms of delivery the team was also helpful and professional in setting up the hot tub - many thanks. Once the hot tub was in place Brian was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and open to all questions during orientation. We learned about things we didn't even think to ask. John was also on hand to assist and was friendly and helpful. Overall, our experience with Pioneer Pools was a positive one thanks to the great service provided by all. I have ordered a full pool setup with Ben House he has been by far very knowledgeable and friendly, the value for our money is very fair after getting quotes from around London I'm very satisfied with choosing Pioneer and can't wait for the installation process!!

Great place to shop for all pool, spa, chemicals and more! Pioneer does all our hot tub and pool chemicals, as well as anything you may need in-between and repairs when need be. Always great to deal with, I highly recommend them!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. James was great to deal with on the sales side and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ryan’s crew do our install. The did an incredible job and Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. He answered any questions we had along the way and was accommodating to a couple changes we asked to make mid project. I have to say that I was extremely happy with the overall process, the quality, the service and the follow up! Looking out in my yard seeing such a beautiful pool makes all the work and learning curve worth it. Great job from our first meeting until project completion. We were very happy with the sales, installation and after-service.

I purchased my hot tub from pioneer. Had great service, delivery and set up. Four years later in the middle of winter a pump quit. I called, they had a repairman ( unfortunately I didn’t get his name) come out the very next morning with everything he needed to fix it. Very professional and got it fixed right away. I am very impressed with the service from pioneer!! Thank you!
