Canadian Tire

I did not get a name for the closing auto manager but my wife and I live in sarnia and at 8:30 PM we pulled in because our car had troubles on the 403. The auto manager was kind enough to wait until we found the right parts and waited until we were able to fix our car in the parking lot before closing the store. He also made sure we had someone who was able to assist us look for the parts we needed. We are very happy with the customer service and kindness provided to us tonight.

This is a busy store with tons of product ~ Everywhere! But if you know that in advance, its a great time shopping as prices are great and product is trusted. Keep up the good work, keep it Canadian!

bad experience, no helpful staffs, bad practice of having to leave ur valuables and bagpack at entrance before shopping, low customer trust

A very nicely organized store. I needed a scale & I found a nice one at this store. They needed more staff on the floor, but they were very responsive when I asked for help.

It is always a great place to get most of your car needs, and there is a mechanic on site to help fix or diagnose problems with your car. House hold, cleaning, holiday, pet, sporting goods, and much more. I always find something I need at Canadian Tire.

Would say one of the best staffed stores.
Knowledgeable In cross locations and they don't know the find and walk with you to staff than can.

Service was terrific. Went to pick up my order and was waited on the second I stepped up to the counter by the store manager. The staff member who brought my order out even put it in the car!

I was in to get some yard waste bags, and carpet. There was a canadian tire employee who was busy in the living room isle. I asked her a question about tge carpet, and even though it was not her department, she helped me. She even went out of her way to ask me if I needed a cart to take the carpet. I said its ok, I will get one, as she was busy with what she had to do at the store. I am pleased with the willingness to help from her. I wish I had got her name. There should be more employees like her out there.

Great store, helpful staff, they have good prices and I always find what I'm looking for.

Great customer service from the staff on the floor who greeted me and asked me if I needed help , the friendly and fast cashier as well as the women at customer service was very patient and courteous.. Shopping & returns there are always smooth and stress free. Everyone is si helpful and courteous. Now a days that's hard to come by.

We purchased a gazebo for the trailer. Ryan in the Seasonal Dept. was great. He made sure we were happy with our purchase before we left the store. Thanks Ryan

I just had to write a review on my experience today with this Dundas location. My car completely died as soon as I arrived. It was slowly dying while I was driving there. I'm still not sure how I made it right to the garage doors. I was off work at 6am so I had to wait until 8am when they opened. Today is the first day of that wicked storm and with my battery dead I had no heat. I was freezing in my car.

The kind manager (sorry I didnt get his name) was so kind to let me sit inside the store. Life saver!! I had to get a new alternator and battery. Although it was pricey, I think the mechanic did a great job. He finished in decent time and they were all just so kind when answering my questions. I'm sorry I didnt get their names but I want to say thank you for showing that there are good decent people out there!

I usually shop for specific tools and parts and garage supplies. The sale prices make tools affordable for me. Senior staff are knowledgeable. All the staff do their best. Sometimes floor staff seem to disappear. But usually there is help that can be called.

Got new tires on my car took forever though over 1.5 hrs. Glad I called to see if anyone bailed. Lucky for me and the Staff is courtesy especially Samantha. She went over the tires that were taken off and showed me the work the dealership should have done before selling the car like the filter, light bulbs and tires.

Stay away from any dealership owned by Empire Autos and pls have your car to have an inspection at a place before buying. Like 👍 this Canadian Tire and ask for Aaron or Samantha.
