EDIT: This vehicle was amazing, and this location is the best! Still 5 stars for this location because i know it's headquarters that sets the rates, but I disagree with the supply and demand thing that the rates are based on. If the rates were not always changing, more people would rent more frequently and probably for longer. Charging $60 one day and then $90 or more the next day for the same vehicle is not going to change the fact that soon the lot will be sold out. If there was 2 vehicles left in the same category the last car to leave should cost the same as the second last not triple.

This place is pretty descent and they have luxury high end or economic compact vehicles most of the workers are nice enough to listen to your needs and try their best to serve you better

I have been an Enterprise customer since 2015 and this location is the best. I picked up and later returned my Insurance Rental at this location few weeks /days ago and found all staff very professional and highly customer focused. My special thanks goes to OM Parab whom I found very customer focused and highly professional. Thank you Parab-Keep it up!

My experience with Enterprise has been pretty decent. It’s pretty obvious that customers are their priority and they take care of their customers. They’re convenient and a reasonable option to rent a car. Their service is friendly and quick. They understand the requirements pretty well too.

Back in September, I rented a Toyota 4Runner for 10 days while my pickup was at Burwell Auto for repairs. The service provided to and from Burwell Auto was fast, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend the Entreprise located at Horton and Wellington.

Team at this branch made the rental process smooth. They were engaging and very helpful. They called me 24hrs prior to inform me that the car(7 seater) I had booked online wasn’t available at the time I needed it but they would put me on a waitlist and would call me once it became available again. They called the next day as soon as the SUV became available which saved me a lot of money for another rental company. they offered me a drop off to my location which was close by. Saving me an Uber trip.
I would use them again when I return to London.

I love this branch! staff here are amazing! Quick service and very easy to deal with. I have purchased the Roadside assistance and it happened that I left the car key inside and Road assistance came so fast!

I recently rented a car Enterprise Downtown location and had a fantastic experience. The customer service provided by their employee Jake was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth rental experience. They had a technical issue with their system on the day i rented the car. It was a crazy day and Jake’s approach to handling that was very professional.

Additionally, Kash's service was exceptional as well. He was very patient in explaining all the details of the rental agreement and helped me find the best vehicle that suited my needs. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my requests was greatly appreciated.

Overall, I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone in need of a reliable and affordable rental car. Thanks to Jake and Kash, my rental experience was top-notch!

Wow, very impressed with the level of customer service at Enterprise! Little to no wait times for pick-up, great variety of vehicles and most importantly an above-and-beyond level of customer service, primarily from Jake and Madison! These two showed genuine appreciation for their customers and pride in working for Enterprise. Both of them had contagious smiles which made enterprise look like a fun place to work. I look forward to my next rental and I hope these two take care of me when that happens!

Great customer service. Caitlin was extremely personable and nice when she picked me up.
There was some confusion around when I was able to drop the car off and the rest of the staff were very helpful with that matter. I accidentally left my wedding shoes under the passenger seat (yikes) and they were so quick to check the car over and called me immediately. Super appreciative!

Great service here! Everyone here was really friendly and asking me about my plans for a trip I was taking and we're even offering tips and suggestions since I was new to town. I was also impressed that everybody remembered me when I came back and asked me how my trip went.
