Sport Chek

We had not been in a Sports Chek store for some time, but we noticed an ad that indicated that they carried New Balance shoes. We could not have been more pleased with the service that we received from sales rep Norah - she was very patient, had lots of product knowledge, and made the purchase experience surprisingly enjoyable. Thanks Norah.

The people who work here are amazing! I was traveling and locked my keys in the car. A gentleman went over and beyond helping me. He allowed me to bring my dog into the store while I waited for CAA as it was raining outside. I will never forget the staff's kindness. Thank you!

The employee helping me shop for new hiking shoes was very helpful. All of his suggestions on which ones were good for wide feet and comfortable were bang on.

The best staff! Super helpful with outfitting my son for both hockey and soccer. I had no idea what I needed for hockey and a staff member spent a good hour with me going over options and sizing, explaining the difference between different styles of things. Could not have asked for a better experience. With soccer, just as helpful, much shorter visit, but just and friendly and informative. Just much less equipment to figure out.

Bought shoes online and ordered the wrong size. Customer service was able to cancel the order and refund my money so I could make the correct purchase. And still got the 25% off!

I purchased quite a few items earlier this week and one of the items got left on their counter. I called the next morning and the store manager was very helpful in getting my missing item back to me ASAP! Thanks Nicole!

I would really like to Thankyou so so much for helping me find my helmet. I have epilepsy so having the helmet will help a lot in case I fall to the ground while being in the bathroom and other areas. Thankyou so much.
