I’ve had laser done from 2 different places in the past, first one burnt my entire face off and the second place gave no results. Here though I could physically see my hair falling out within 2 weeks of my first treatment. It’s been a few months since and the results and so far it looks promising - no pain and no burns or scars. I especially appreciate the technique used, it makes sure no spot is missed and it does not feel rushed at all. I go to Tonessa and she’s wonderful to work with!

After using this service for some time now, I have to admit I'm disappointed. I have went in, with no improvement of hair removal, when I advised them I didn't feel the "zap" she didn't take the time to kick it up a knotch, and when I tried to talk to the owner she just brushed it off. My final straw was when I had to cancel 20 hours before my apt rather than 24, because my daughter started having diahrea and she said I had to pay $50. I'm disappointed with the quality of work as well as customer service.
