Paul, always takes very good care of me. He is knowledgeable about orthotics, insurance, and the shoes that he sells. He always remembers my name and past conversations that we have had. You can tell he really likes his job and helping people.

Knowledgeable, fast and friendly service. We will definitely continue to use Sarnia’s BioPed for my family’s foot care. We found out about, and were referred to, BioPed by our Family Doctor. My one daughter had an issue down the middle of each foot, one day of wearing her new insoles straightened out her feet and relieved the pain down the middle. My other daughter noticed a huge difference in her lower leg and foot fatigue within days of wearing her orthotics.
Both daughters are in their teens.
I highly recommend this business to anyone, at any age, for their foot issues.

Paul always goes above and beyond to make sure that my orthotics work for my feet. With both rheumatoid and osteoarthritis I have unique footcare needs and my orthotics are essential for pain management, balance and fall prevention. I can't recommend Bioped staff highly enough.

Chelsea is the best! She takes care listening to your concerns and asks questions during your next follow-up appointment. My feet feel fantastic after she has finished working on them. My only regret is not having found her sooner! The office staff are very welcoming upon arrival and accommodating when booking future appointments.

Definitely recommend Paul and his team at BioPed. First off they make orthotics on-site, which makes a big difference. As a person who has had orthotics that are made off-site by a different person it's not an ideal situation. When it's made on-site you can make an appointment, and any fixes/changes needed are made right then and there. No mailing, no waiting till they come back, no trying to explain what the issue is. The team is friendly and tries to help you with your issues to the best to their abilities. The fact I have multiple family members going there for their needs speaks for itself! I have been using their services for multiple years and will continue doing so!

Having drop foot and nerve damage we tried traveling out of town for a brace, orthodics and shoes, without any luck. By chance then we came across BioPed and I was thrilled to find that the best care was right at home. Tried many unsuitable braces before but Paul found the perfect one, customized it to fit just right, and showed us video proof of how much better my wife’s ability to walk is. This is the only place we now shop for her footwear and orthodics needs. They assure the right fit every time.

What a great place. These guys know what they're doing. This is my third pair of orthodics in the last 4 years. The complementary after service adjustments are a great feature. My left foot was giving me great pain and was assessed by Paul and the resulting orthodics did the job. Very approachable group and highly recommended.

Shani does an amazing job taking care of my foot care health! I went looking for a place that had clean and properly sterilized equipment, to avoid more health issues with my feet, after picking up a toe nail fungus from a Pedicure Spa. Through her care, my fungus is almost gone and no more ingrown toe nails!
Shani is a professional foot care nurse offering a friendly environment while she cares for of all my concerns - corns, callouses, nails, dry heels etc, in her private, clean room. I feel I’m in good hands with Shani!

Emailed about a sandal that had failed in the stitching; they ordered a new pair under warranty, added the lift, and made a COVID safe appointment. Replaced the liner on the inserts while I was there. No fees! I will do my best to send everyone I can to these people!

The best results i have had,...I had a lot of pain and Kevin was thorough and I feel found my problem. The orthodic that he made me made a difference instantly. I have had orthotics before and always walked away with such discomfort that i ended up not wearing them. Kevin worked at making the perfect fix and fit. So very pleased with my results. so refreashing to have this level of service and care. Paul and his staff are friendly and informative. they made my orthotics right there on site. when I needed an adjustment the fit me in as soon as possible.
