Sumner Plumbing Supply New Glasgow

Did my work term for school here and had a fantastic experience. Staff were extremely knowledgeable, and even more patient and helpful with me when it came to me finding my way around. There was a lot to learn and the staff were second to none for helping me out. Customer service was also excellent, very obvious to me how much they care of their clients needs. All around an extremely positive experience, which is exactly why I gave it 5 stars, it’s well deserved.

I had a great experience with the staff there today. They're very knowledgeable but their products and also very helpful getting my items to my vehicle. It was pouring down rain and most people would never offer to give me a hand lugging my equipment to the vehicle and their front staff were more than welcoming to help me and it was excellemt.Probably the number one store I've ever visited and seen such great customer service! Keep up the fantastic work

I have been working with Pettis Plumbing for a year now and dealing with you Chris mostly and he has always helped me out getting stuff we need or pointing me in the right direction! Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with April when i called and she was also very helpful! Even when EMCO in halifax said they couldn't help me! Great service and caring personnel. Dealt mainly with Chris on a warranty issue and he was great. Kept me up to date and replaced the faulty part on warranty. Thanks for everything.
