Good parking

Not transperant with their signage, authoritarian, rude and unreasonable customer service supervisors, gouging corporation! They hide the names of their decision makers, they refuse to provide the reasons for their decision in writing and there is no due process to appeal the micky-mouse local supervisors/area managers' decisions. It sadly owned in Ontario by the TEACHERS PENSION PLAN! I strongly advise everyone to avoid parking at any Impark or Imperial Parking Canada Corporation!

I got monthly pass for Toronto eaton Center and I canceled my account since beginning of March. Since then I’m receiving letter about reject payment. I informed the manager of the Toronto location. He said take a picture and email them I did and he said don’t worry about it and I still received it again for this month. Terrible service.

for 10 minutes they charged $98… ridiculous

i have received a collection notice from their company, which i have never parked in their parking like ever! i want proof!

Terrible customer service. They clearly dont care about their customers and the vehicles that park in their lots
