I feel like the owners of this store don’t really care about their customers. The 55 York Street location isn’t very accessible for people with wheelchairs and walkers. The store is very crowded with merchandise. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I go there a lot, as I live very nearby.

This place sold a phone charger to my young daughter for 50$!!! When I tried to take it back they said all sales were final and refused. This is an open market scam. Taking advantage of innocent kids. No one would ever pay 50$ for a phone charger. And to not take it back and refund the money when it’s obvious as day it wasn’t used!!!! These people are thieves!!! 50$ for a charger with all sales final!!! What a blatant crime!!!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of young kids and no return policies. Shame on you. Unbelievable. You robbed my daughter!!! Shame!!!

Please check the pricing before Hou make your payment. This store uses arbitrary number for many items and are rube. When you dispute with them they would also threaten with violence.

Come to another store or you will for sure regret it.
