Jazz is hands down the BEST! While we were camping at Gladstone Provincial park we fell in love with this beautiful lake and started looking for our vacation property that will last us our life time. We called the listing realtor but she wasn’t sure if anyone could show that property until Jazz on her family camping trip stepped up and showed us the property. We loved it but unfortunately it had some issues that needed to be dealt with. Jazz was on it and helped us 100 percent of the way. Jazz sold our house in a matter of hours..literally. Despite the uncertainties of listing, showing etc that Covid brought to real estate in the Spring of 2020, Jazz handled this difficult period with grace, professionalism and concern. I found a property that caught my interest and Jazz was agent for the seller. I arranged a viewing on short notice and Jazz was very accommodating. I could see that she was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable asking her to act for me as the buyer. We recently decided to sell our property in Greenwood BC, and we engaged the services of Jazz McPerson, ReMax, to handle the transaction. We have been profoundly blessed by doing so - our property was a heritage home, and although still a beautiful property (and surrounds), it also came with a few hiccups. One of these hiccups was having a tenant present who was not always willing or able to help this transaction.
Amidst a difficult tenant, fierce dogs, awkward potential buyers, and new-to-the-game-realtors, Jazz was steadfast, professional, and inspirational in her dealings with all of them.
