Sorry some people are unhappy with this friendly well stocked store. Have you lived in a large city lately. After 1year I’m still waiting in Ottawa for someone to help me. Thank god for small towns. Love home hardware Grand Forks

I rarely go in here. I was sent by my boss at work to find a few things. The gentleman that helped me was so patient, courteous and awesome. Great customer service. He helped me find things I never thought would be in a hardware store!

Awesome staff and very reasonable price

I went in for a couple odds and ends for plumbing and painting. They had what I needed and the staff was in a great mood. I've been out of town for quite a few years and majority of the staff I recognize, I think that speaks volumes! Thanks for being open on a Sunday!

Previously I was trying to get my hands on a couple Dewalt tools but they have fairly limited stock. I think they might have the best tool stock in Grand Forks but it's still lacking. Best sellers only, minimal body only. They did offer to order in whatever I needed though.

I can always rely on Lyle and the other staff members to help me find what I'm looking for. If they don't have it they'll get it.

Now matter where i am in canada, i will always go to HH. I like the friendly knowledgeable staff, relaxed pace and layout in a normal building. At the invader bigbox american stores you have to buy more than you need. HH offers single item purchasing. This particular store fits the standard form of HH. In a way HH is a throw back to days past, good days. Always go to HH first….

90% of the time they have what I want the other b10% they bend over backward to get. Long time staff train new staff and everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.
