My husband and myself attended a family wedding in Grand Forks and our niece booked us accommodation at the Noble House Bed and Breakfast for 3 nights. It is an absolutely amazing home, somewhat like a castle. Downstairs are the guest bedrooms and enormous common area, high ceilings, kitchen, full size snooker table, table tennis, shuffleboard, fooseball, sitting area, with tv, too many indoor items to list. Outside is a hot tub, bocce pitch, large chess set, seating, etc. we stayed in the “Romance” room, also incredible, huge room with king size bed, tv, and the bathroom has a soaker tub and the largest open shower I’ve ever seen. I haven’t even mentioned the amazing breakfasts served to us, with a choice of items, all delicious! We felt so much at home there, we had privacy, but could also be sociable. Sean and Cathy Noble are incredibly hospitable, always caring about their guests needs. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast - it is a 10 out of 10!!

Delicious and very generous breakfast, nice hosts and a beautiful house in an amazing location with nature trails, river and mountain views.The home theatre was such a nice perk,it has many comfy lazy boy style chairs and a huge screen.We loved our stay.

Me and my fiancé visited recently to see some family who have recently moved to the area, stumbled upon this gem… will absolutely be back, gorgeous home, friendly people, everything you could ever ask for!! Not only are the hosts, and the home incredible, but the property it sits on is so gorgeous, backing out onto a picturesque river. I’ve worked in hospitality for the last 10 yrs for high end resorts and hotels, never have I had a better breakfast, yum!!

I have stayed here a number of times. The last time was for 6 nights. It was using it as the base for a motorcycle tour. The parking is secure, breakfast is great quality, the accommodations are high end, clean, neat and very comfortable. The facility has a theatre, full size pool table, shuffle board, hot tub, pool, and river side lounge area and a lot more. The only hesitancy I have in giving this review is that if this bed and breakfast gets as popular as it should be it won’t be available when I want it.

We came in the spring & are now here again in the fall. We have fallen in love with this home. Sean & Kathy are amazing with their hospitality, the beautiful B&B with all they have to offer. You don't need anything more and they make an awesome breakfast!!

Very nice people, accommodation right next to the river. Great breakfast at your requested time. Amazing facilities including hot tub, theatre room, snooker table plus many more. Will be returning whenever in the area

Surpassed all our expectations! Sean and Kathy are amazing hosts with careful attention to all details and comforts of our stay. Their house has been designed to make the bed and breakfast a unique experience. From the nutritious and scrumptious breakfasts to the beautiful views, access to walks and restful sleeps, we enjoyed everything about Noble House Suites!

Amazing B&B! Breakfast was really good and the room was fabulous. A huge guest area with games and billiards too! We would stay there again!

Sat along the river and watched two bears frolick across the water playing and eating berries. Sean and Cathy have gone way over and beyond with this place.Breakfast was very fresh and tasty.Will definitely stay again if through Grand Forks again.

This place is amazing, the hosts are warm and welcoming, breakfast is amazing with lots of options.

The games room is epic, more options than you could play in a week.

This place is amazing! No other B & B will ever compare. We were just passing through from Whistler to the states along HWY 3 ...in Canada... only two hours from Spokane, WA and sits on a river! Lovely!

We arrived on Friday night and stayed until Sunday morning! Was so impressed with not only the accommodations but with the hosts!
