Lovely service ,friendly people, we are very satisfied with our tires and the balancing they did. Even offering us a fresh pot of coffee I am very thankful.

As we drove through Grand Forks, I found the Kal Tire on our route. I bought replacement windshield wipers at this store. Instead of handing me the blades the service rep took the blades and walked out to my car and changed the blades for me, in a couple of minutes!

What a great guy. That IS SERVICE!!!

Pulled into town with a flat and was told i needed 2 new tires cause they were pooched and lucas put aside his lunch to get me safely on down the road. Thanks for your dedication and understanding my time frame.

Amazing service. We were staying only a few days and had break troubles. These guys got us in quickly and ordered the parts. Parts due from Vancouver when the highways flooded and washed out. They quickly sourced everything from Kelowna and got the job done exactly when the said they would. Saved the day.

We arrived 10 minutes before closing with a slow leak in our tire. They were so helpful!! No problem, they fixed our tire, which meant they stayed past their posted hours of business!! We were able to continue on with our travels feeling safe knowing that our tire was repaired.

Received excellent customer service at this location. Was travelling through the area when I had a slow leak due to a screw in a tire.
The staff member was able to repair the tire and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. This prompt repair service will keep me coming back to Kal Tire.

The fellows on duty July 24, 2017 really came to our rescue, repairing a persistently flatting rear tire in under 20 minutes so we could get back to our 600 km road trip without worrying about a blow out. They were kind, professional and effective.
The $0.00 on the invoice came as a happy shock!

Awesome shop. I ended up with 2 flat tires on Saturday of the long weekend. Got to the shop at 2min to 5pm (they close at 5) and the guys didn’t hesitate to stay and fix the tires. The amazing part is all Kal Tires have fix flats for free. So they stayed late and didn’t charge me. If I lived here I would be buying my next set of tires here. Because of the awesome service and their policy to fix any flat tires for free I did buy my last tires at my local Kal Tire shop at home and will buy my next ones there as well! Thanks for the great service!

For all your automotive needs including repairs, fluid changes and tire needs Kal Tire is easy to find and very accessible on highway 3 on the west side of Grand Forks. They also offer 24-hour roadside assistance if required. See Ward and his knowledgeable staff for fast and friendly service.

Stopped here due to a sound my car was making, the worker checked it out and tightened my wheels to ensure it was safe all free of charge. Would highly recommend them!

I went there with a flat tire and they fixed it. For free. How awesome is that. They even checked the pressure on the other tires and put the spare tire back under the car which was the most difficult thing. Super friendly people who strive for outstanding customer experience. Thank you.
