I was driving through town and was worried about the squeaky belt so I stopped by at Full Pin, they were busy but Andrii came out to check the belt anyway. Sprayed some stuff on the belt which got rid of the squeak and he also gave me confidence to continue my trip. Great customer service! Thanks!

I’d give Full Pin 6 stars if I could! Fuel pump on Tacoma died just outside Grand Forks. Called five minutes before closing. Was still waiting for tow truck. Mechanic Aaron just gave me his cell number and told me to call once I was back in town with truck. Came back to shop nearly two hours after closing because he knew I was in a tough situation. Diagnosed issue, drove me to motel and had truck on hoist and working on it by 08:00 a.m. Found a fuel pump and had it all installed by noon. Charges were totally reasonable. It’s sadly rare to get this level of service anymore. Thank you Aaron!!

On a Saturday, my family broke down in Grand Forks in our 1974 VW. Bernard & Lorraine met us at their shop and diagnosed a fuel pump failure right away. An hour later, we had it rebuilt better than ever and were back on the road. Amazing family and mechanic, helping travellers in their community.

I was passing through Grand Forks on my way to Kelowna for school and ran into some car issues. I called Star Automotive and this wonderful couple helped get me back on the road, free of charge. The world needs more people like Lorraine and Bernard!
