Excellent customer service they take the time to show you how to pay online bills and go out of their way to help your banking experience to be awesome

A number of people were lined up before the entrance into the building. One of the bank employees was attending the waiting, which helped get things well organized. My wait was short, and I got in fast. Inside, the teller provided me with a qiuck service, and I was in no time. Cheers!

Get service, i run a business and i wont use any other RBC except This RBC. Friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Would never use Lindsay. Worst ever

Teller gave me excellent service! I gave only 4 stars as system would not deposit cheque. Took 30mins for my transactions. Customers in line were upset with the wait time. It was not service advisors fault that there were computer issues!

Went at night after it was closed.
It was empty as expected.
The ABM worked great was in and out.

Can be slow at times. Night deposit is inside by the ATMs. Friendly staff.

The building and staff are fine but don't bother calling the listed "local"
number expecting to actually reach someone at the branch. I just got shunted off to the call centre wanting bank card/credit card information before the automated assistant would even pass me along to a live body. All I wanted was to inquire why the appointed staff member hadn't called at the expected time for our phone consultation. I cry for local service. n Why bother posting a number...just put in the 800 # if that's all you can get in contact with.

Edit: The staffer did call me shortly after, so no problems with the people at this location. They have always treated me well.
