Good selection of younger kids toys. Service was excellent. Some stores are being closed. Would be a shame to lose the chain. Fingers crossed.

If you are looking for excellent quality toys for kids I would definitely recommend Mastermind. Their products are not cheap and their prices reflect that. We were looking for a good quality world globe for our grandsons and they had just what we wanted. In store staff were very helpful!

One of the best stores to purchase toys for your children.

I get it, this place is expensive, but it's so much fun. You can spend hours in that small store looking at all the toys. Sometimes I debate if I would rather buy the toy for my nephew or myself. If I can't decide no one is stopping me from buying two of the same thing. It's nice cause they always have items in stock, which means you don't have to worry about empty shelves. Even if you decide to buy that toy an hour before the party, cause life is busy, chances are good that it will be there.

I was trying to buy a Ravensburger GraviTrax for a friend's daughter for a Solstice gift. Went through the process, and when the order summary came up, I got a message saying the item wasn't in stock at the store.

So, I cancelled and reordered it from the main website, for delivery. That order processed, then I got a call from the store to say they had seen my original order, and had been opening a few boxes that had just been delivered, and one of them just happened to have had a bunch of GraviTrax's inside.

I sort of groaned, and said thanks, but I've just ordered it online, which was meh, okay, but I didn't know if it would arrive on time.

The staff at the store, Max and AJ, took the time to find my order on the company website and cancel it. They then stuck one up at the counter for me and promised to hold it till I could get in to pick it up.

Great. proactive customer service, One Awesome Toy off the list in excellent time for Solstice, and it was 25% off to boot.

Sales staff excellent! Left store over-the-moon happy. Girl was extremely knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction as far as quality and price. Came out with 2 toys for the price I was about to pay for 1. Never disappointed shopping there. Ask questions and they listen. They deserve 20+ Starr rating. Just saying.!

I came here to purchase some toys for my nieces and I found out that they have a huge selection of stuff that makes kids learn things while they play. A lot of things that are nice and yet not a waste of money. I feel like the products they have are worth the money you spend and you wont throw them out after a month. Not bad for a toy store.

I wish they had been around when our kids were young!

Wonderful store! Went in tonite for Christmas gifts for my Grandchildren. All I knew was that my Grandaughter wanted something called a "slime kit" (Grandma isn't up on this stuff)! And my Grandson loves Batman. The sales associate "Brad" was amazing and so helpful and friendly. Left with 2 great gifts, gift wrapped and all! Will definitely be returning! Thank you Brad!!

Fantastic, terrific. It felt like I was a child again. Walking into the store and seeing all the Joy's and wonder of being around the toys. It felt good. Great. Fantastic. Terrific. Wonderful. Etc. Etc. I also absolutely loved seeing all the new and amazing lego sets on the shelf I loved seeing each and everyone of them. I wish I had more money to spend their I would have bought a couple of those lego technics for sure. Love Mastermind and thank you for the great experience I had. Love you guys.

Great selection of toys and games for kids. We regularly shop there for our grandkids. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They wrap Christmas gifts too.

Clean, bright, organised store. Well marked sections. Has a great selection: from educational, to construction and doll toys, outdoor play to art supplies, and a good selection of books and goodie bag fillers

First time I have tried the online reservation service and I must say it is super convenient. Also really appreciate the complementary wrapping -- makes it so much easier to sneak Christmas gifts into the house.
