Dr. Marc Puts

Dr. Puts is kind, compassionate and thorough. Great sense of humor. Dana is very efficient and knowledgeable. We've never had any issues with either of them.

A great doctor who spends actual time with his patients, is thorough and advocates for his patients. Dana at the front desk, deals with sick and frustrated people all day long, and she is professional and hard working. To comment at all that she shouldn't work with people is just rude, because if anyone else were in her shoes, they'd be a lot less tolerant than she is. Anyone would be lucky to have Dr. Marc Puts and his team in their corner.

When you have a receptionist that has rubbed so many people the wrong way that you're the only doctor in port alberni with less than a 3 star review you know there are some changes that need to be made!

Talking to Dana, that poor excuse for a customer service rep is patience obliterating! And -if- I ever see Puts again I will be going out of my way to make sure he's aware of her snappy tude.

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Puts several years ago. Haven't been back to the clinic since that time.
I also had him in emergency at the hospital. He was obviously in a rush to leave as his shift was almost over. Both times he judged me based on his personal bias.

Wait a month for a 1 minute phone call appointment that was over an hour late to not hear back and wait another month for a follow up phone appointment

He is one of the worst doctors to go to. Misdiagnosis and body shaming prick!

Rude receptionist. Consider a new line of work if you don't want to HELP PEOPLE.
