I was searching for an old car and ended up buying a Ford Fiesta from Best Ride Auto Sales. Throughout the process, Alex was very transparent. Before making the purchase, I decided to have the car inspected by a mechanic. The mechanic found the same minor issues that Alex had already told me about. Additionally, the car only came with winter tires, so I asked Alex if he had any summer tires. He generously gave me four summer tires for free, which were in excellent condition. Overall, I was satisfied with the transaction and would highly recommend buying cars from Best Ride!

I bought a car from them, and after I took it, I noticed there was an issue with the A/C, so I called Alex and told him about the problem. He was very understanding and took immediate action. He sent me to his mechanic, and they did a full check of the car. Upon checkup, It required a part to be changed to fix the issue, so they told me to come back in a few days. They contacted me within days, where they brought the part and replaced it at their expense. All of this is within the deal!

I can't say enough how happy i was with the whole experience. Alex was open and honest throughout. He made it very enjoyable and easy to find the vehicle i was looking for.

My parents and I actually stumbled on to their lot by accident and the first thing we noticed was the upkeep on all their cars. They were clean and polished inside and out and so was their office compared to the other dealerships we went to earlier. You can tell their cars are of good quality just by how clean and organized they keep their work environment. I was looking for a Nissan Versa for my baby and I and they had a white 2017 model that was spotless, even my parents were won over and they could be quite picky. The car was over our budget but we decided we rather pay a couple more thousand dollars than get a car within our budget and still not be completely satisfied and have to worry about future fixtures. Alex was accommodating, transparent and patient despite being very busy with other clients. It was also the Canada Day long weekend and all the banks were closed so our only option was to pay by credit and Alex waived the 2.5% fee and saved us hundreds of dollars! We decided we wouldn’t come across a better deal so we closed the deal and left very happy! We’re so happy we came across Best Ride! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car.

A week ago I visited Best Ride Auto Sales and found with Alex’s help the perfect car for me.

Alex is a really friendly guy and had let me try a few different cars before I decided which one I would like to buy. He told me everything about the different cars and showed me all the photos and documents about the rebuilds. I had the whole time the feeling that he is honest with everything.

During the payment I had some problems with my European credit cart and it took some time until I could figured out the problem. Alex was the whole time so patient and tried to helped me in every possible way.

After my first 1000km one reflector fall off. I called him, he ordered a new one and replaced it immediately. Perfect!

I don’t know what to say. After I fall once for a trap and bought a broken car I’m more then happy with my decision to follow all the great reviews and have such an amazing car now.

My car recently got rear ended and I needed to find a new (second hand) car ASAP! As I was searching online, I came across a post from Best Ride Auto Sales and found a nice 2010 Mazda 3 for a decent price considering the mileage and condition of the car! Although there were very minor issues with the car (such as dirty seats and needing extra polish), Alex (and the rest of his team) were happy to comply and assist in making sure that the car was in the best condition, and that we were fully happy with it before completing the deal!

Alex was very kind and patient, but most importantly honest with us; which in my opinion is very important in this business/industry! If there was uncertainty about aspects of the car, reassurance was provided!
Definitely will recommend this place to family and friends in the future if they are in search for a car :)
