Awful customer service. Had to wait over a month to start an account because they are lazy and don’t tell you all the things to do then blame you. Stay away! Worth the drive literally anywhere else

This place has awful customer service especially from the staff. This shouldn't be allowed in customer service! Suppose to be my home branch doesn't feel welcoming every time I go in that branch so I have moved my services 30 mins away. Pretty disappointing this branch use to be friendly and amazing to deal with now if i don't have to I won't go in cause the service is so horrible and cold.

This place has awful customer service especially from that so fake Blondie. She shouldn't be allowed in customer service! Suppose to be my home branch doesn't feel welcoming every time I go in that branch. I shall move to different branch where customer service is exceptional.
