Great campground. Friendly staff/owner, enough space between the RV's, very quiet, affordable rates, nice heated pool, within walking distance to Fort MacLeod. We will be back, for sure :-)

My family and I highly recommend Daisy May to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and amazing campground. We were recommended to stay at Daisy May campground by my boss who is a seasonal camper there. We booked our site for July and Aug after our current camp rental had some issues. Lets just say we loved it so much that we are now seasonal campers! The heated pool is just amazing, the kids love it and so do all our friends. Since our first weekend stay they have gone above and beyond and so welcoming to new campers. My family loved it so much they booked a seasonal spot as well.

The people complaining about new ownership have no basis for their claims. The employees have been more than accommodating up to this point and there are growing pains involved in any takeover. For instance the pool didn't start deteriorating over night and if you talked with employees, you'd know it's being replaced this fall.

All in all it has been a wonderful experience being here over the summer! The kids really enjoyed it and made some new friends along the way! Looking forward to next year =)

We had a great experience here at the Daisy May campground, ( a good Sam club member) for our two night stay. We had a back in site which was easily accessible right near the office. The little pool was very clean and refreshing. Sadly the hot tub was not working during our stay. We loved the fact that the golf course was right across the street and thoroughly enjoyed playing nine holes. The staff were so friendly. Washrooms were very clean. We loved their check in office with their little store - especially their ice cream and took advantage of it each afternoon lol. A great place to stay while travelling through Fort McLeod.

Went to visit family who have an RV in the park. It was a bit busy the day we came as they did a Halloween theme that day. Lots of kids having a great time, and it also gave the adults a chance to visit other campers around the park.

Had an amazing stay. I found the rates reasonable and the staff accommodating. Directly on Old Man River if you’re into kayaking. Started every morning off with a gorgeous walk through the lower areas where there are tall hardwoods. BBQ pits are portable and must be rented for a small fee. I actually liked the portable pits as I was able to place in front of my trailer and watch the river flow by.

We have been camping at Daisy May since my kids were small. My two youngest learned how to swim in the pool at Daisy May. I now have teenagers who still love camping with us here. We come back every year more than once. Our whole family just loves it here!!!

Surprisingly, super fun! Across the street is the oldest golf course in western Canada, 1890, it's only nine holes, but it's pretty legit...been around a long time. The kids can play there for $10 and play as many holes as they want, all day. Adult green fees are about $40 for a cart and 9 holes. Wednesday is a buck a hole before 6, which is a pretty good deal...

We will be coming back, I'm able to teach my kids how to golf on a proper track, that's $10 a day for kids under 18. The kids can't afford not to play! When you stay at the campground, Daisy May gives you a 25% off green fees coupon everyday that you're there.

Kind of close to the road, you can hear the air brakes has the boys gear down hitting Fort MacLeod... But between the small heated pool and the golf it's actually really fun.

We got a spot camping for a year & hoping more years to come, we always come here every weekend rain, sunny, snowy, we don't mind what the weather is, we love coming over, the management are so helpful & nice people, actually they are the new staff managing the place, & new owners ... they are making lots of improvements to the place, we had our family & neighbour here.. so far we're enjoying it, more in summertime.

Other than the southern alberta floods that lead to way to many mosquito's ( which I am pretty sure the campground had nothing to do with) I was pleasantly surprised with what a nice place this was.
Free activities for the whole family to spend time together doing ( basketball, volleyball, mini golf, tether ball, horse shoes, and a great little pool and hot tub) this was a great weekend get away.
Will most definitely be back and will be sure to suggest it to anyone looking for a place to stop.

Booked thru a phone call and credit card easy. Greated with welcoming smiles when we showed up to the camp ground. Reasonable prices. Sites are spacious. The 1 huge down fall of the campground is the fire pits they are kids portable ones you buy at wallymart no good that needs improvement if they can. The pool and hot tub mini golf is great then advertised internet thats why we picked the campground and no internet they give a password but no good might aswell just take that off the list of things they offer. But over all impressive!!!

I like the pool and hot tub. Also really fun to play beach volleyball and horse shoes. A really great campground with a little general store (Delicious ice cream!!!), clean washrooms and showers. Friendly staff!

Honestly
This is a great spot
Our kids had so much fun with the pool and playground and met so many great kids to play with
Easy drive from Calgary and sites are great
Staff are beyond excellent
Frances and frank and apologize don’t know the other girls name but she is also fantastic
We have been down 3 times in 5 weeks for 10 days
And look forward to going down hopefully before year end but for sure next year

It’s quiet in the night time and kids have a fantastic time
Highly recommended

Very nice, family run campground. Located right next to the river. The kids loved the outdoor pool, and the games including the tetherball. Staff were always helpful.
