Impressive!
First time to stay in this hotel for a business meeting. Last minute booking and they granted my request without hesitation. A bonus to acknowledge a Hilton member. The location was perfect to where I needed to be at the time. Easy access to and from highway 216 on Rabbit Hill. Very clean, quite cozy and comfortable. The rooms were designed with practicality in mind - hardwood/laminated floors, no drawers and cabinetry that half the time were never used. It has lots of open counters where you can place your belongings. The roller desk and chair was convenient. I would say it did work for me. Not to forget that staff was cleaning the lobby to no end. This keeps the beauty of the hotel like new all the time. I will consider staying here again when in the city. Would recommend.

This is a very interesting place to stay. Our family rolled in a number of weeks back for a visit to family in Edmonton. Upon first inspection this is not like many of the other hotels, yet our overall experience was excellent. The operators are very friendly and honour online bookings to the letter. We had a pet with us and the only stipulation was we had to pay the advertised fee to be in the room (which we were impressed with the design that allowed surfaces to be extra cleaned, for as our pet is well trained that is not aways the case: this room was spotless thanks to staff and planning). We arrived very late yet there was a staff member to make us welcome and the whole environment of the hotel is, as stated, different and I mean this in a positive sense. There is quality coffee, tea, and a really cool lobby available at all hours along with a reasonably priced tuck shop (we forgot our tooth brushes and expected to pay a ransom: they dug some out for us at 4$ a pop... I'll pay that at 10:00pm all day long). We were able to park near the door and this place is easily accessible to major freeways. It is a travellers hotel, and as travellers we felt it was just what we required coming off the madness of Highway 2. Lastly, the breakfast is solid: they gave us coupons for our two nights. Have to say the automatic pancake machine was mesmerizing. Our only ask would be a little warmth on the pool and hot water systems, they were a little chilly on the biscuits. That being said, our family rates this as our favourite: it made pleasant memories.

Couple days ago had chance visited the most friendly and cozy hotel I have ever stayed in.

The front desk staff were so helpful and welcoming. All my questions were answered and my requests have been fulfilled upon to my check in.

Breakfast lady were friendly and helpful, my child had allergy , she has helped us to find products without gluten and give us the best service🙏🏻😊😊.

About the room, I liked it as well, enough space( I let some of my cloth sit in the suitcase) never had problems with heat or something like that. Clean bed.

Very important member recognition- the highest level of service. I was treated so special here. Love it …..🩷

Thank you guys, hope about your beautiful place more people will know.

I was in town to be one of the judges for Film and Media Alliance's Merry Movie Christmas Local Cause Awareness Event. Tru by Hilton is THE place to stay in Saint George! Unlike other accommodations in the area, Tru is spotless clean and ultra-modern. The front desk staff was friendly, not just polite. A board in the lobby has lots of helpful suggestions for visitors. The in-lobby for sale items kept us from having to leave the site for a convenience store. Very well stocked! The room was cozy! Favorite feature: a rolling table that makes a great computer/writing desk and doubles as the perfect place to park a pizza between the beds. This is our place for all future visits to Saint George, UT.

This hotel is excellent for what it is supposed to be. Great staff. Nice facilities. I like a hotel to have a hot tub but I understand why they don’t. The breakfast is minimal but still good to have. The main feature is the lobby area. Fantastic place to visit or work. Lots of comfortable seating options and no shortage of plugs.

This hotel is excellent, I highly recommend if staying in Edmonton. Easy to get to, right off the Anthony Henday. Kits, the manager, was very accommodating and Shyne at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. Great 24 hour coffee/tea station, free breakfast with hot and cold choices, beds were very comfortable, lots of accessible plug ins, and really nice toiletries and towels. Will definitely stay here again.

I love this place! I have met & chatted with 3 employees and they are super nice and treat me with respect.
If they ever allow permanent residents, I’ll be the first in line! I hope everyone enjoys their stay here as much as I do.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Tru by Hilton's well-equipped gym and inviting swimming pool. Both facilities were in great condition and contributed to a fantastic stay. What's even better is that the hotel offered all this at an impressively low price, making it an excellent value for guests.

Absolutely loved staying here. The lady at front desk in the evening was great and very helpful.

We got locked out of the room because of the battery running out on the door locks. She was prompt in helping us out and always had a big smile which made you feel better too.

The Tru by Hilton had a pool table in the lobby, which was a fun feature for guests. Its convenient location off the highway made it an ideal choice for us , offering easy access to their destination. Good breakfast 🍞 rooms are clean and new.

My stay at Hotel Tru by Hilton in Edmonton was absolutely fantastic! This place is in the southwest part of the city, right next to Highway 216 (Anthony Henday), which goes all the way around Edmonton. The best part is that this hotel is brand-spanking-new, and when I stayed there, everything was super clean.

The hotel staff were great, except for one worker who always looked like she was having the most serious day of her life. Haha! But honestly, she was fine; it was just something I noticed. I even saw her crack a smile once when talking to another staff member.

Now, let me tell you about the lobby. I spent a whole day there with my kids. We played board games, watched movies, and they even had room for our VR game. They've got a pool table, and people were having a blast with it. Plus, there are TVs nearby, so you won't miss your favorite shows.

If you're up for a walk, the neighborhood has some cool trails. We took a long stroll to stretch our legs and explore. We found some awesome playgrounds for the kids, and it was just a really nice and peaceful area. It was a great bonding activity with my little ones.

They've got coffee and water available 24/7, and breakfast was pretty good in the morning.

I highly recommend Tru by Hilton. It's a chill place that makes your trip even better, helping you kick back and relax.

Kits the manager went above and beyond to assist my entire family as we were there in Edmonton for our brother in law's funeral ( sister's husband ) . We booked 5 rooms there. The location was perfect . Everyday we stayed there , we were well taken of by Kits . Kits empathy for our family was genuine . Kits made sure that all our needs were met . I would highly recommend this hotel for the fantastic service. Shyne was also very helpful when Kits was not scheduled to be there. Thanks Kits for making our stay there easier especially because of the circumstances (funeral) .
All the best

Nice hotel, good breakfast included. Bed was comfy, XL 65" TV was awesome. A great community area on the main floor, for teams, casual meetings, etc. Commune area equipped with lots of seating, a pool table and you can buy alcoholic drinks. We really liked this hotel.
