Fairfield by Marriott Edmonton International Airport

My room was cozy, the service and conversation with the staff was great. I got in late and was exhausted but the front desk staff when I got in was kind and had just started his shift and was waiting for the computer to log him in and he had a sense of humour about it. Next morning had to grab some water and other things with my client and that front desk person was great and you could tell her smile and laugh were genuine, not just because she had to be polite.

Excellent location adjacent to the airport. The restaurant and lounge were a great addition and added to the convenience of this location.
My only concern was the food offering. A BLT without tomato is not the same as it should be. Nor is a Greek salad the expected experience without Greek Olives, spices and Feta. A few minor tweaks will add polish to this new property!

Due to the breakdown of the aircraft, we could not continue with our journey, and we had to stay in the hotel. The reception staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were given rooms quickly and were well taken care of. Due to their quick work, we had a restful night, ready to take the flight the next morning

Close to airport. Clean. Great facilities. Food was great. Staff were helpful however the check in and check out procedures were long and seemed complex for staff.

After a long day, I went to the airport and sat in the plane to then be told that the flight was cancelled and I would be flying out the next day. The airline booked us at this hotel. Very nice hotel, clean and modern. I was served by Chirag when I got there and have to say he is the most pleasant and professional person. I find often times people take the time to write about negative experiences, and not the positive ones. Thank you Chirag for your pleasant and positive attitude!!

This place has been the best stay i have ever had at a hotel room was nice clean i needed a late check out they did it no charge i will be staying here every time i fly to work

Quite a nice room with comfy bed. Here for early morning flight so missed out on breakfast. But more pricey than some of the other hotels nearby.

Not walkable though really. You would be better off with car or public transportation.

We are a family with young children (2yr and 4m) we got a room with a king size bed and there was ample room to set up both the travel cot and bassinet. As grandparents were with us we requested an adjoining room and the staff was very accommodating. Our toddler enjoyed the pool and watching the local bunnies that must live in the area.
Our room was well laid out, bed was comfortable and the blind with tree art was a nice touch. Appreciate the room had a mini fridge and microwave. We enjoyed the pool with our toddler and the included breakfast was very appreciated. I forgot shampoo, etc the room came equipped with full size bottles. I enjoyed the product so much I asked where to get it. At one point liquid was spilt on the bed staff were fantastic at doing a quick refresh for us.

We really had an amazing experience with this hotel. The room is great! I suggest they continue to keep it in good condition because we wan't to keep coming back. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and a big factor to stay in this hotel. And free parking is also a plus! The pool is clean and it is the main reason why we booked this hotel for the kids to go swimming, the kids had great time during the night swimming and they wanted another round in the morning before we check out but unfortunately the pool is unavailable because of some maintenance thing and my son got frustrated and cried, I hope there is a prior notice to that event so that we won't be giving our kids promises. But we totally understand what happened. And I wanted to commend Lorena for helping us out with our kids needs. She is trully an exceptional staff. And also to the front desk staff during our stay they were all friendly and welcoming!

I love everything about this hotel. I stayed for one night for business because another hotel could no longer accommodate me. The warm service of the hotel staff especially in the lounge. The team member named Lorena is very approachable and has an eye for detail. She is very attentive to all the requests and gives her suggestions in a very enthusiastic manner. Breakfast was also served in the lounge. I also love that they have a complimentary shuttle going to another hotel which the front desk was able to arrange. I will come back for leisure with my family. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Beautiful Hotel, parking a bit tricky. You have to drive further up the road and do a u-turn to come back to turn right into hotel.

Love the Fairfield chain of hotels. Big rooms, always clean and friendly service. This hotel is conveniently located to the airport.

I stay here often due to work and every single stay has made me feel valued and welcomed. Lorena at the restaurant is always nice and friendly. Everyone at the front desk are always welcoming me with big smiles. Thank you!

Room was clean, airy and well laid out. The bed and linens were comfortable, decent pillows. Front desk was quick and polite, I arrived early and it was only a few minutes until my room was ready. Hotel wasn't difficult to find, ample parking, shuttle service was quite good and flexible with times to drop off and pick up. On site snacks were a tad pricey and the water pressure in the shower was a bit soft. All around good experience.

Rooms are huge and very clean. Fitness room & pool are by far my favorite thing to do when visiting. Costco & the Mall are about a 5-10 minutes walk. Love when I get the view of the airport watching the sunrise 🌅😍 & planes taking off 🛫

Our stay was perfect!
Very Friendly staff.
The issues we had was the low water pressure in the shower, pillows not firm enough; and the service was slow at the restaurant. The hostess/server was great...she needs another person at the front with her.
