Nisku Ford

We just purchased a new 2023 F150 Lariat at Nisku Ford this last week and took possession of the truck September 29.
Visited Nisku Ford to just look at what was available on a recommendation from a friend, knowing we were going to need a new vehicle but not really knowing what we going to buy, truck or SUV.
Met Juan and he took his time listening to what we liked and might be interested in. Juan showed us several F150’s, ranging in price and package levels. James also became involved and showed us the lariat we eventually purchased.
These guys were no pressure sales, good to talk to and great to deal with. The whole experience was over the top and would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle go talk to these guys.
Fantastic buying experience, not something I can say for all buying experiences.

The staff at Nisku Ford are great and it truly is a no pressure sales environment. I walked in without an appointment for a Ford Maverick and after a bit of time standing around the parking lot, a salesperson who was dealing with something else offered to find someone for me. I was given as much time as I needed with the vehicle and away at home to make an informed decision about the vehicle. Big shout out to Jordan and Stefan for getting me into my Maverick in record time. By far the best dealership experience I've ever had.

Very good. Friendly. Helpful, inside full, relaxing, informative. Answered all questions to a T. No pressure and non was noticed. We signed deal within 3 hrs because we wanted to. We knew what we wanted. Previous senior Ford mngt assisted us well in the past, then passed us off to a colleague of his. Thanks gentlemen

Found this place using google map and reviews. Came here based on many excellent reviews found on Google review. Came in on 7-15-19. I was greeted by Donna and she was super helpful and nice. Despite being busy and needing an appointment for "The Works" package she was able to accommodate me. I've been to alot of Ford Dealers for "The Works" package during my travels and this place makes the list to get my return business. We are from the USA and was worried about getting "the out of town treatment". Not here. Glad we came for service. Guess that explains why they have several Ford Presidents Awards. Those are not easy to come by. We appreciated the hospitality area and service here. Thank you.

I usually do not like to put reviews either good or bad, but this place really deserves it. Been to four or five dealerships- Total disappointment.
Had an awesome experience at this dealership from start to end. Juan M. the best in sales, very honest and goes above and beyond. If you want a pleasant and calm experience, this is your man. The finance process was effortless thanks to Matt. I'm very thankful and pleased with my experience at Nisku Ford and would like to thank the whole team for a seamless experience. James was our salesman this time around and he did wonderful finding what we wanted! 2018- Norm and Matt were extremely friendly and helpful in finding our car before we even arrived at the dealership. They kept contact through email, and calls throughout our time looking for the perfect vehicle. When at the dealership we were promptly greeted and assisted in finding who and where we needed to be. Matt and Norm made the process today fast and painless both were informative and extraordinarily knowledgeable. From first contact we had nothing but helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Very impressed with Miles finding the truck I wanted, at a price that worked for me, appreciate the tour of the truck afterwords and explaining all the features. Great experience with Nisku Ford. I came from out of province to pick up my vehicle and they made the whole process effortless. By preparing everything ahead of time, I could literally just fly in, pick up my Bronco, and enjoy the rest of my time in the city. I have been dealing with Nisku Ford for the past 3 years and have had a quality experience. The person I rely upon the most is their service manager Clarence Ell. I have depended on Clarence to service my vehicles for over 20 years and he is one of the most competent, reliable, friendly (and truthful) service managers you will ever meet.
The entire staff from reception to service associates, mechanics and Stephan the sales manager are all welcoming and very friendly.
