Best Western Of Olds

Stayed initially for 2 weeks for work. Ended up having to extend for over a month. The service is awesome! Breakfasts are always fresh and full. The manager went above and beyond to make my stay as accommodating as possible.

I have had some terrible experiences staying at the best western hotel primarily in Surry BC and have removed this hotel chain from our company resource website and blacklisted them. So i was very hesitant to stay at another Best Western when my wife booked my rooms. However, this is by far the best service i have ever received from check in to check out. The front desk staff go over and above the call of duty to help out. The rooms are above being comfortable and amenities like chocolates are a great touch. The breakfast area is managed by the nicest, friendliest person i have ever met. She took the time to learn each persons name and was always willing to go the extra mile. Please ensure you keep this staff member. So although the Surry BC hotel should literally be closed down due to so many issues, i will advise my staff to stay at the best western in olds. thank you from the bottom of my heart and i will see you all in 3 weeks.

Our crew of teachers and students stayed at Best Western in Old Alberta during the Olds Classic Competition in March 2023. It was an exceptionally clean and modest hotel with ample coffee and breakfast. We really appreciated the warm environment and especially the confirmation call a few weeks before. We will most definitely be back again! Thank you!!
Clean and crisp, but warm and inviting.

Had an amazing stay here. We didn't have a reservation and arrived at 4:00am, but were treated extremely well and were pleasantly surprised with the level of cleanliness, quietness, and comfortability of the room. The beds are super comfortable and even the pillows and blankets were fresh and inviting. The staff are extremely helpful and happy to assist even the weary late night travelers.

I come here often for work, the staff are always pleasant and super friendly. One of the house keepers accidentally threw out a wrap that I had left in the fridge while I was out for the day (I dont blame them, they thought that I had checked out, I travel very light, and it was an honest mistake) and the hotel offered to pay a tab for me at my choice of restaurant (delivery). P.S. I am somewhat biased as the housekeepers leave chocolates on the desk after they clean the rooms and I always find myself looking forward to them after coming back from long days 😅.

The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was an added bonus for sure.
The customer service was absolutely incredible! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the shampoo wasn't that cheap stuff you get at normal hotels. I will stay here again if I come through.

Just checked into my room. Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. No problem checking in early when my day ended earlier than planned. Always nice when they run and double check room to make sure it's perfect. Room is very clean, warm and comfortable. Will stay here again for sure!

Our stay at the Old Best Western exceeded our expectations. The staff were courteous & professional, the hotel & our room were immaculate, the cafeteria breakfast selection was very complete, nicely prepared and presented. The pool was down for maintenance, but was to be back in operation the day we left. This is a very well run hotel. We definitely will be returning again.

Very friendly, They have digital cable unlike their competitor down the road. the doors work much better here than down the road.... also here they have better fridges( w freezers), i just changed hotels and this will be the only one i use now. Nice pool and hot tub. Area. Nice chairs in room.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating at check in, making sure we had a room where the a/c had been on. The next day we got a late start and it was late for complementary breakfast. The woman working said “we can’t have you leaving hungry” and fired up the grill to make us bacon and eggs! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Kind, considerate and offered tea or coffee and chocolates upon registration. My room was clean, modern and fresh looking. At breakfast, they prepared what was on the slate board which i clude breakfast wrap and sausages There were muffins, fruit and juices available as well as bagels staff would toast. Good experience.

The receptionist was working 2 doubles so she was there when we arrived and when we departed. She kept a smile on her face the entire time no matter how tired she was. She was super helpful and made our stay awesome. The hotel was always kept clean. The breakfast was awesome! Full breakfast with everything from cold cereal to sausages and bacon. One of my best stays in a Best Western !

After having a horrible experience at a different motel, the staff where wonderful when I called to rent a room and made sure I was happy with my room, Arti , the lady at front counter was patient and did everything she could to alleviate my anxiety from my earlier experience she even offered to take my breakfast order early if I wanted. The room was immaculate and clean( trust me after the other place I did a serious walk through) and the staff where amazing . I highly recommend the best western in olds to everyone especially during this time when cleanliness is so important . Going to sleep a lot better tonight

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Nice renovated rooms. The pool is great too, very classy with cedar. The people working there were the shining stars of this hotel though.

Had a wonderful nights sleep at this Best Western The room was large with a desk and 2 seat dinette. Very roomy with good lighting. The restaurant that is attached is a Boston Pizza, which was very handy for meals. The free breakfast was adequate. Good stay all around.

Oh my - where do I start!! What an amazing stay we had at this hotel! First off, a very friendly check in where we talked about our travel visiting family in a Covid world - where virtual hugs and distancing was our reality. Then she got me on our way with explicit directions on where to park for proximity to elevator and our room We were just heading to our room and she meets us outside our room door and apologizes as she had forgotten there was something wrong and that room and presents us with a new room key where we enter and the room is cool and OMG clean!!! The bedding was crisp clean and comfortable as well as the mattress!! We were able to shut the air off and get this OPEN A WINDOW!! Normally you might be worried about that for road/street noise- but that was not the case. We had a wonderful sleep!! Next is the AMAZING Free breakfast “cooked to order” my Najma!! Over easy eggs with at least 8 slices of bacon, hash browns, and toast!! We were blown over by the customer service of this hotel and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are travelling between Calgary and Edmonton, just go off the beaten path a very short distance to this Best Western in Olds, Alberta!! You will leave feeling you are special to this business!!

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was really good, and the kids loved the pool. The price for our room was acceptable. It was perfect for what we needed. Will definitely stay again.

The staff here is amazing! Great service from them all. Best place to stay in Olds. I did long term stay and they always did an amazing job cleaning the room.
