Amazing experience for us. My wife never even drove or saw the truck until it was paid for and she picked it up. I paid plenty for a used car with lots of need for repairs. They followed through on all of my concerns (eventually) and met all my expectations.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle and I was put on to Dylan Gage. They didn’t have the unit I wanted but Dylan asked me to give him a day or two. Well less than 24 hours later he called me with the Truck I was after we made a deal on the phone and the finance was done that day and the truck was delivered to me the next day. This was the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had! Bill took care of us right alway as soon as he saw us in the lot and clearly had our best interest at heart. Just a gem of a person and you can tell he really cares. Next up in the process we worked with Matt the finance manager on the fine details and it was the easiest process with him. We needed an "out of province" inspection done on our RAM truck. Service advisor Adam was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He advised us on the entire process required with the Registry, booked us an appointment. Truck was done on time and on budget as promised. It's refreshing to learn there are still people in the customer service business who care about the customer. The entire team was awesome 10/10!

I use to think all Dealerships where the same...I did the mistake of buying from another.
They sold me a vehicle that had a huge issue right off the lot..serious enough I shouldn’t have driven the vehicle.

So impressed with the customer service! The hood latches on our 2011 Jeep Rubicon were sheared off by the cross wind of a passing transport truck. From the side of the highway, I called and spoke to Patrick. He listened patiently. It was late on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend. The closest replacement parts were in Airdrie. There was no mechanic available on Saturday to install the parts. Most other people would have ended the conversation after relaying this news. Patrick explained how he would solve the problem. While we waited on the side of the highway for a service call from CAA to secure the hood so we could drive, Patrick drive to Airdrie after his shift to pick up the parts and then installed them Saturday morning. Patrick’s willingness to take time away from his family on a long weekend to help us out was incredibly generous. His response to the situation went above and beyond expectations.

Store was super awesome !!! There was a young man there named Thilo who really made me feel happy with my decision and overall he was a very great person to talk and work with.
