It’s an amazing cozy and old place. Like nostalgic movies. Who ever works there are old.
The food was super delicious and amazingly fresh ! The quality of food is so much important to them and you will feel it. It’s not like any franchise or industrial foods you cloud find around. Specially the pizza and the cheese on it had an amazing taste.

Such friendly and amazing service at Basile. We were able to sit at their picnic table with our dog and right away Pete brought her a bowl of water and some food. Everyone there is so personable and down to earth. We will be back for the service alone!

Fish N Chips is probably the best I ever had. The food is all fresh, all locally sourced and the seafood is never frozen. The Staff is amazing, really make you feel welcomed. Excellent experience on an authentic family owned, waterfront restaurant!

Food was tasty, but pretty average. However, it was extremely well priced compared to the neighbouring waterfront restaurants and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrasse. What made this place really stand out was the host and servers who went the extra mile to accommodate us and answer all of our questions about the menu, showing obvious pride in their product and tremendous enthusiasm.

The best subs & pizza, better than gigis!

Thank you for the really good food! I ordered a burger, hot dogs, fries, poutine and steak sub and we had a really fun family movie night. The food was really enjoyable. I also appreciate the polite and friendly customer service.

We ordered from Uber Eats 2 subs and 1 fries. We only recieved 1 sub. The Uber driver was not helpful at all ( we live about an 8 min drive from Basil)so I called Basil directly. I spoke with a woman who took my name and number, and said she would call me back. She never did call, but about 30 mins later a very pleasant young man from Basile delivered a sub to us at no additional charge. We were pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

I always visit here when I'm in Montreal. We were seated on the patio, allowing for a beautiful view of the water. The service was great, and the pizza was perfect! A gentle breeze was a welcome addition to a wonderful meal.

Elizabeth - Kathy at Basile is wonderful and very helpful. We mixed up our late lunch Birthday table, our fault, Kathy was very kind and understanding.
We were also here for lunch during difficult Covid restrictions and again Kathy went beyond our expectations.
We'll be back for sure.

Surprisingly low key front entrance but the food and service was just fresh and delicious. This was the highlight of our trip to Montreal, and Kathy was a just doll.

Took a ride today and ended up in Sainte Anne de Bellevue.. Saw this pizza place on the main was open and ordered a simple small Cheese pizza .. Hostess was very polite and It was ready in 10min. We ate it in our car... it was one of the best Pizza's I've ever had .(and I have tried a lot of pizzas)..Crust was crisp thin and tomato sauce was Amazingly tastey and tons of cheese... You have to try their pizza
