Café Twigs

More cafes like Café Twigs are needed! Far superior experience than Starbucks, et al.

The coffee — the most important — was on point, as was the food. Prices were reasonable (a 32 oz. of homemade chili is only $12, thus I bought two containers to take home) and the service was attentive.

I was walking by Café Twigs looking for a place to grab a bite. It was not yet opened, but already there were several people milling about waiting for it to open, thus I decided to also wait too. I am glad I did.

This place has been my favorite for over a decade now. This is part of the St. Anne's experience, ingrained in the culture, a staple. Cozy, warm. Soothes the soul really.

Hubby and I had an errand to run in the area and based on the reviews, we decided to stop buy for a couple of sandwiches to bring home.
Boy, are we glad we did!
I had the Bif Lala, no BBQ sauce with mushrooms switched to pickles and hubby had the Lindsey vegetarian sandwich. These were the best sandwiches we had in years!
They use the freshest of ingredients and they don’t skimp on them. Look at the photos and you’ll see how big the sandwiches are! Plus the prices are very reasonable.
Finally, the customer service is excellent and the place is charming.
We strongly recommend it!

I go here for the sandwiches. The service that twigs provides for saint annes is amazing. Well priced and fresh. I'm sure they have something you'll like.

From wraps, sandwiches, soups to desserts, everything is so fresh and yummy with hearty ingredients! I always order their alligator spinach wraps, so yum! The soup always hot and contains lots of veggies. I also enjoy their dessert squares with jasmine tea! The cafe is often packed; the air in the cafe can get stale, that’s the only down side.

What a great experience I had at Café Twigs! My children have been speaking to me about this restaurant for some time! I selected the TJ sandwich which comes with a delicious salad! Really tasty and healthy 😋🥗 along with amazing and friendly service! Totally recommend!

Love the carrots cake. I was there at 11h00 when it opened. 15 min later it was packed. Saw neighbors. Service is a little slow but we'll worth it. Only 3 or 4 employees, very polite and courteous. Café au lait excellent.

A nice inventive choice of sandwiches, and the smoothies are the best I’ve had this side of Lake Ontario. The service is great. Go early and you won’t have to stand in line, if you come at the lunch rush, you’ll be waiting a bit, since they make everything fresh as it’s ordered. Definitely worth the wait.

This café is an absolute gem. The food is so delicious, hearty and comforting. The coffee is great. Most of all, the service is always amazing. If I could rate this place 10 stars, I would!

Quaint little Cafe in the picturesque setting of Sainte Anne de Bellevue, that offers a nice array of sandwiches, soups and salads, with many vegetarian options. The sandwich I had -the Lorain, I believe it was- was delicious and filling. My friend's lentil soup was savoury and filling so she couldn't even finish her roll up sandwich. Everything is so fresh, including the attitude of the people working when we were there, that the visit was a true delight.

Full disclosure, a friend told me to go here 20 years ago and I didn't listen....I now regret those past 20 years because this place is amazing!!! The service is friendly, warm, and knowledgable. The prices are phenomenal. The food is absolutely fantastic and plentiful!!! This hidden gem is a must try!!!

I’ve been going here for more than a decade. Such a comforting place with great lunch options. I was scared they were going to close permanently for a bit but I am so glad they’re up and running like pre-covid again. I recommend this place to everyone I know. They are the best!!!!!
