Very helpful staff , i needed a piece for a shower kohler shower valve that is normally supplied by other brands and they let me have it to help out an older customer of mine that had a drip from the shower head and I was just doing them a favour and Universal also payed it forward, a great bunch of guys . Emco would have charged me $150. Just saying 😊

Universal was recommended by a friend while discussing our pending complete renovation of 2 full bathrooms, ensuite and Laundry room. We went to Universal and were served by Nav who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to the point where we purchased all the major fixtures including sinks & faucets for this 4 room reno. We returned several years later and Nav recognized us and we advised we needed a cartridge for 1 faucet as it failed. We were fully prepared to purchase it but Nav wanted to check with the faucet company rep as these were high end products and we shouldn't have had that issue. Due to Nav's efforts on our behalf the company supplied the cartridge at no cost.
We were very pleased and credit Nav's excellent customer service for this positive result. We would have given a very positive review even if there had been a cost to us as our shopping experience was excellent and we would/will have no problems or hesitation recommending Universal to friends & family. We equally highly recommend Nav to assist in negotiating their vast showroom of products.
