Highly recommend this locksmith I had an amazing experience today. My car's ignition key was suddenly not working, they cut me a new key and solved my problem in 5 min. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Service with a smile. I am a very happy customer!

Such a great company. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful-my email request for a quote was replied to quickly. When I phoned to schedule an appointment, I was fitted in that day. The gentleman ended up showing up early, and was even apologetic for interrupting MY schedule!
He was quick, super friendly, and explained everything about by new lock. They took my payment on the spot, and got an email receipt with minutes. Would definitely recommend these guys for sure👍

Great service. I called to get my lock rekeyed and the receptionist slotted me in even when they were quite busy. The technician, Mark, came very quickly and rekeyed the lock within 15 minutes. Prompt and quick service for a good price!

Cary Nichol came to install a new deadbolt for my condo door. Unfortunately, a locksmith scammer had installed an inferior product 3+ months ago which ceased to work. Cary was cordial, punctual, professional, knowledgeable. He showed me his locksmith certificate. And he installed a new, top quality deadbolt and cut 4 keys. I am pleased and relieved.

Very fast and friendly service, called today want my new home's lock replaced. I was late 20 minutes because of traffic, the staff wasn't upset at all! Polite, fast, efficient, honest. I asked to replace the lock and he said re-keying will do the trick, saved me a lot of money. He even taught me how to re-key myself so that I don't need to pay him to do this next time!! Super friendly, I can't be happier.

I work at a local business, and we had an attempted break in, which failed due to a few factors, but we called these guys in. They got to the store within an hour of calling, they didn’t have the parts so had to come back.
Different guy shows up a bit later, Cary was awesome.
Very friendly and did a great job, communicated everything that was getting done and any details, let me test the key to make sure it felt right to me.

We live downtown Vancouver in the West End. I needed a new dead bolt so called in to their office in the Mall on Denman. Mark was great and I had my new deadbolt plus door handles etc installed in a few days. Then a month later the key was sticking. I called Accurate and they sent Frank to see me. He knew exactly what was wrong, the one hinge just needed a little tweaking/shaving and within 5 minutes it was all fixed. Great service and just loved Frank. So friendly and accommodating.

I am very happy with the service I received from Accurate Security. I had sent an email requesting a quote for opening a safe and received a response right away. When I was shopping around just to see what other places were charging, it was at least double what Accurate quoted me. I quickly emailed & phoned asking when the next available day was to get my safe opened and they were able to come the next morning. I am so grateful for the fast and friendly service received! I definitely recommend using this company!

I had a key cut there. I went a few others before going there as it was a hard key to find. They had what I needed. The person who cut the key was very helpful. The prices are affordable as well.

We had an issue with a malfunctioning door handle/lock at our business after-hours. The dispatcher was very efficient and friendly, and the locksmith was in touch with us almost immediately and was on-site in less than an hour. Really impressive for a Friday night at 10 PM! He was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend.

He helped guide how to to fix/open the lock from the inside over the phone and advised the most cost effective way to fix it. Barry Cox provided excellent service and advice when we installed our alarm system. His expertise and professionalism were invaluable in designing a system that met our specific needs. We were still a little shell shocked from a break in attempt while we were sleeping and wanted sensors on practically everything that moved. Barry was very patient and knowledgeable about what we actually needed and led us through the process to protect our home and achieve peace of mind. Can’t thank him enough! The alarm system works very well. Monitoring team responds quickly when the alarm is set off - mostly in error by us. When one of the window sensors malfunctioned, the service team were very responsive and efficient in determining what the problem was and in repairing it. The office staff who deal with calls for appointments and billing matters are very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Accurate Security for your alarm system and home protection needs - especially if Barry Cox is your representative.

A year ago, our house keys were stolen and we found ourselves locked out at 12:30am. Called these guys and had a locksmith with us within twenty minutes on a Saturday night! He tried really hard to break the lock so we could salvage it and save us money in not have to buy a new one, but ended up having to drill it. Installed a new lock, was all said and done by 1:30am. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you!

We were very pleased with your employee Sean who attended to our door lock issues at our house. He has a very professional manner and very personable. He had been here once before to change locks on our exterior doors and the same applied. He is very knowledgeable and very efficient!!
