Ive been coming here for probably close to 10 years. I always have such a great experience here, everyone is so friendly and organized. Gilmar is always so friendly and welcoming when you arrive and takes care of everything. Hayley is a great hygienist, she is very thorough and gentle around your gums and makes sure to clean everything really well. A very pain free and thorough experience every time. I would 100% recommend getting all of your dental work done here. 2 thumbs up!

Dr Lovely has been our dentist since 2005. We have always had a great experience with our dental work. His experience and skill is exceptional. All the staff are outstanding especially Dr Lovely’s wonderful assistant Susan.
I’ve had several hygienist over the years and my experience has been always very good with a thorough cleaning. Presently, I have Haley for my hygienist who is very friendly and professional.
Also, the office staff always greet you with a smile and very helpful especially Jennifer.
I would definitely recommend this dental centre.

Really happy I found this dental clinic. Everyone’s so professional and kind. Booking is easy and convenient and the reception always greets you with a smile. They can accommodate late hours too so it’s perfect for busy working adults. I would like to also say thank you to Michael, he’s done my cleaning a few times already and he has really light hands. Highly recommend this clinic, it’s the best one here in New West!

I had a bad experience with my previous dentist and stopped going for way to long. When I returned I went here and my experience ever since has been great. They have also had success treating my adolescent son who previously had to visit a specialist.

The best dentist office I have been to. The staff are the best. They are all so nice. Dr Yang and Angela are amazing. They made my dental experience stress free. Dr Yang is great with TMJ issues. He made my years of jaw pain go away.

My wife and I've been with Dr. Lovely for almost 30 years. What a treat being Dr Lovely's patient! He is very knowledgeable, skilled and fun to be around. Dr. Lovely and his assistant Susan are people I blindly trust. It's almost fun going to dentist appointment.

Very prompt and kind staff. They explain everything to the best of their ability and are understanding of nerves and complications. Angela was very helpful over a miscommunication with my insurance and did her very best to help me out.
I've made this my new dental clinic with no regrets.

My family, including my senior parents, and I have been patients at Dr. Lovely and associates for 20 years. The office staff are friendly and helpful with appointment booking and coordinating insurance payments. Dr. Thériault and the hygienists are very professional and thorough with cleanings and any other work required.

Oh my gosh, best place ever! The receptionist was so incredible. Normally, I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist and this keeps me from even going. Jennifer, the receptionist was so caring and loving and understanding of my issue that I am happy to come as often as I possibly can.

Our family has had many procedures done at New West Dentistry from cleanings to wisdom teeth extractions. The staff are phenomenal! They are friendly, kind, calm, and knowledgeable. All of the work done on our teeth has been done efficiently and as painlessly as possible. We would highly recommend New West Dentistry.

Wow! What a kind group of people I interacted with! I consider myself a terrible patient - SO afraid of the process. I was treated kindly and compassionately, leaving me with a real sense of being in good care. They gave me clear expectations of what the procedure would be like and followed it up with equally clear instructions on how to care for myself once home.
In short - these are exceptionally professional people who are humble enough to remember that we, the patients, are more than just an income source…such a lovely group of humans!

Love this 'state of the art' dental office. All the staff, including the front desk staff and office manager, are fantastic. I grew up hating the dentist and everyone here, in particular Dr D Lovely and Dr S Yoon (who offers procedural sedation), has been great at making me feel at ease. I've undergone everything from an extraction, multiple crowns, a root canal and have a pending implant. If you're in need of a dentist, I would suggest checking them out.

Always awesome. Starting with the special greeting from Jennifer at the front to the hygienist (today Heather with Trevor standing guard at the door 🥰) to Dr. Lovely and all the rest of the associates. They make a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience.
