The boss is great, kind and very knowledgeable about rental cars. His infos are reliable, distinctive and original. Car shop has a wide selection of rentals for reasonable rates. I definitely recommend this place!

I rented Toyota Sienna for 4 days from the deal in April for my family vacation with my family and my parents. The owner has provided excellent customer services. He was very friendly and gave us a discount at the pickup. He told us that he was going to open up a car wash business and would give us a free wash when we come back next time. He also did a thorough checkup of the mini-van with us at the pickup. I feel he is a very honest person and treat the customers with a lot of respect and try to give the customers good deals as much as possible. Highly recommend!

I rent a mazda3 for a day. The dealer was so kind and respectful! I was impressed with his excellent customer service ever!! When I called to ask about my stupid mistake, he answered my phone call and he even came where I was. Fortunately I was nearby the store but still so thankful!

I had a great experience with the rental car! Their customer service was top notch, and they were willing to price match any of the rental shops. I was also recommended to a car maintenance shop from BoongBoong, and they treated me and my car very professionally. Overall 100% would go back :)

My boyfriend and I rented cars with Boong Boong twice (2 days, 3 months) and both times the service we received were very friendly and the communication was absolutely seamless. The prices were very reasonable (we compared with 4 other companies - Boong Boong was the best). Furthermore, the policies were thoroughly explained with all questions answered clearly, and the car conditions were high quality and clean, both times.

The team truly goes above and beyond for their customers! They will take care of you the entire duration of the rental and afterwards as well. Everyone, particularly Ray, are extremely professional, and they will give prompt responses to any inquiries you have.

Excellent customer service. They recently got Uhaul rental vehicle. Uhaul has terrible customer service and they messed up on my rental, but Ray at Boong Boong motors cleared things up and provided great service. Definitely coming here to rent a uhaul or rental car in the future !
