Last January I purchased a 1999 Toyota Sienna for a decent deal, could've been a bit cheaper but I needed a vehicle after someone rear ended me and destroyed my old car. After the test drive I noticed the carpet in the back was damp and asked them about it. He assured me the car had just been detailed and that's why it was damp. Within a couple weeks the water got worse and I carpet cleaned the back, it was full of mold and there was obviously a leak somewhere. I emailed them to ask if they could repair the leak as the seals were in the warranty. No response. A year later and I'm still dealing with mold and a leak I cannot find this is my daily driver and supposed to be a camping vehicle which I cannot use it for as it's dangerous to sleep in there with the mold problem.

Disappointed that they never got back to me, with this issue the car should've been a lot cheaper or they should have been up front about the problem instead of lying about it being from cleaning.

UPDATE: I bought my car from them four months ago and had a good experience, but as soon as I started having trouble with my new car (within the warranty period), they would not answer my calls or emails. They just disappeared. I couldn't drive over there because my car couldn't make it. I had to go to a different mechanic. Many hundreds of dollars later, I still have a problem. They are dishonest and deceitful. Don't trust them!!

These guys are searching cars on Craigslist and low ball the owners to get the cars cheap and sell it to you.
Make sure you don’t buy anything here, you never what you get.
They emailed me many times on my car calling me names just because I did not want to sell the car at their price

Terrible customer service. The prices are too high and won't work out a deal for you. We wanted to take a car for a test drive but he said no to us , told us if we like the car as is then we should go, sign the papers and then drive it.... unprofessional.

Bad experience,Terrible experience....don't go there they dont even bother to change oil....hide lot of things while selling.2.You dont even identify me... i am not one with discount and spray paint... Crv honda 2000 .....no engine oil no coolant oil in.... this is what happen when you sell things blindly.u dont rember things.... No discount was given.And this is basic duty of dealer to do oil changes.And you already replied about your quality ...with getting satisfied with only one star...
