Recently bought a Hyundai Sonata from John. It is truly a gem! My review below tells what I like about Auto Villa. Straight up prices that cannot be beat. John and Sam are men of integrity who honour their warranty commitments. I took about 2 hours to fall in love with my new Sonata and drive off of the lot. I tell people to visit Auto Villa. When I need another car, John will be my first call. Love these guys!!!

It was a pleasure buying my 2014 Nissan Rogue from Auto Villa. John and Sam were great to deal with. Long after my purchase, they repaired some small issues with my car gratis and while I waited they gave me a desk to work at and a coffee to enjoy. And as I watched car prices for a while after my purchase, I realized that their price was a really good deal for me. No buyer's remorse!

We bought our Honda HR-V 2017 in March 2023.
We have been enjoying driving our Honda; however, due to a hidden defect, a so called "chain reaction" malfunction happened (with the engine and the transmission). I communicated to Auto Villa management and, despite the fact our warranty expired a long time ago, Ali agreed to take the vehicle for repair, and within couple of weeks they replaced the parts, plus they fixed all other issues which appeared due to normal usage (which I did not even know about). Even the wheel bearings were replaced. The guys born all expenses, I did not pay a single penny.
Thus, Auto Villa acted as extremely responsible dealer and the staff are genuine professionals with incredible customer service.

This place is probably the most trustworthy 2nd car dealership I have ever been. Price is unbeatable and the customer service was more than I could ask for. Ask for Sam if you need to find yourself a nice reliable vehicle.

We bought our car from auto villa a year ago and we are really happy with it. We originally picked a different car and made a deposit and they actually let us put the deposit towards another car when we changed our minds. Claudio was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Most of their vehicles are rebuilds but they are very upfront of about that and provide you with all the details of the vehicles prior to purchasing.

Reduer is a good sales guy, not like many other dishonest guys In the industry. Highly recommend for 2nd hand vehicles

Bought our second rebuilt vehicle from Auto Villa last week after many years of good use from our first vehicle. John is very straight forward and able to provide all of the information regarding the damage and repairs. It can sometimes feel like a gamble buying a rebuilt vehicle, but having all the photos and mechanical records really gave us peace of mind. The 2014 Corolla we bought drives well and looks to be in great condition.

We purchased a car from them in early Feb 2019. I was initially nervous because of the reviews I had ready but Ahmad took great care of us. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. We found the perfect car for us and we absolutely love it. I really appreciated that at no time did we feel pressured to buy. They were extremely upfront about the fact the car was a rebuild, had all of the pictures from the previous accident and all of the safety inspections. How someone could buy a car from them and "not know" it was rebuilt i(as some previous reviews have claimed) sis honestly beyond me. I can't stress enough that they were very clear and very upfront though the whole process. The financing process was easy and they worked hard to get us a payment we could afford. It was a great process overall and we could not be happier with our vehicle and the fantastic price. Absolutely recommend you go see Ahmad!

Recently purchased a (rebuilt) Subaru Legacy from here. The salesman (Ahmad) was a nice guy, and showed us the car quite professionally. He even explained how the car was rebuilt and provided all the proof we asked for. He also helped us secure financing with 0 down and recommended to not trade in our vehicle because the value was quite low.
As cautious buyers, we weren't sure about the mechanical condition of the car, but Ahmad offered us 90 day complimentary warranty through their repair shop. Overall, stellar customer service, no pressure sales and excellent after-sales care.

We swore we would not buy a rebuilt car. However, we were allowed to take the car to our mechanic and body shop. Everyone said it was a great car. We got a great deal with 3 months warranty and extras. Anyone looking for a great deal should consider Auto Villa. Do your homework, ask your questions. We are super happy!

I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 from Auto Villa and I absolutely love my car!

I received great service from the sales associate, Ahmed. I was hesitant to buy a rebuilt car but Ahmed showed me all of the pictures of the vehicle's accident and showed me the paperwork of the government assessment after being fixed.

I was still hesitant to buy the vehicle and wanted to bring the car all the way to Surrey to get inspected by my own mechanic. This was no problem at all for them and they even had one of their workers drive the vehicle over to my shop. My mechanics said that the car was in great condition minus a couple little minor fixes that needed to be made, so Auto Villa repaired those minor things before the purchase of my vehicle.

I have now had my car for over a month and everything has been running perfectly and I got such a great deal on my car!

I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here and I may even purchase another car here in the future.

I purchased a car from Claudio at auto villa in January. What a great experience! They are absolutely upfront about the fact that the cars they sell are rebuilt. They have pictures of each and every vehicle before repairs and provide you with all the documentation of what has been repaired! They are friendly and do not pressure you one bit! In fact, I had such happy, satisfying experience that I just brought my friends there to buy a car from them this weekend!! Claudio worked hard to get them in the car they wanted and finance them at the payments they could afford. 2 extremely happy customers!
