Eclipps Hair Cafe

My first visit to Eclipps Hair Cafe and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; even allowing me to secure my bicycle inside while I had my hair cut. Kym was my stylist and was super friendly, positive, creative and fun! I had a great experience and looking forward to returning for my next cut. Thanks Eclipps Hair Cafe! B.

Andrea gave me the best cut I've had in a very long time. She washed, cut and styled my thick curly hair in an hour. She is clearly talented and experienced. Great personality! Will be back again! Thank you Andrea!

I've enjoyed having my hair cut, styled and shampooed at Eclipps for more years than I care to remember. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, the staff is courteous, efficient and friendly and my favourite stylist Lisa is wonderful. I can't recommend this salon and Lisa highly enough. Natalia is the best! 2 months ago, I came for a full hair color and hair cut. The color I wanted was light brown so she needed to bleach my hair. She also recommended to do a color correction due to different shades of brown I had in my hair. The whole process took her almost 9 hours because she doesn’t want to rush the bleaching process. Otherwise, I’ll end up with brittle hair. She is very patient, professional, and knows what she’s doing. My hair had way less split ends compared to the other salons that bleached my hair. (It’s a known fact that bleaching brittles and dries out the hair that can cause split ends) Plus, I received a lot of compliments with my hair! Now, I’m no longer scared to have my hair bleached and colored because now I know where to go. Thank you Natalia and team Eclipps :)

I love going to Nataliia to get my hair done! She is very gentle on my hair and gets me amazing results. I initially went in for a quick colour correction but was so pleased with her work that I have become a regular. Excellent advice on how to take care of my hair and very pleasant to be around. I highly recommend.

Curly hair girls! Yuliia is the go-to person for curly hair! She knew exactly how to cut my curly locks. She also gave me lots of tips on how to style my hair to bring out the natural curl. Yuliia has been colouring and cutting my hair for a few months now and I know I am completely safe in her hands. Ever since I started going to her, I have received a lot of compliments on my hair which is a nice bonus.

Tenzin, the local guy from Himachal does an outstanding job with haircuts. Always busy, hence getting an advance booking is a must. Appointments make everything easy and smooth.

I went to Kym (@kym_witha_y) to fix my post quarantine hair that I took the liberty of making a mess of 😅 she was super sweet and excited for a challenge. She managed the take a horrible box dye fade out and turn it into gorgeous blonde. Was a great experience over all and will absolutely go back to her!

I have been getting my hair done by Kym for 10+ years. I highly recommend her for all your hair needs, from extreme colour to beautifully executed haircuts. Every time I bring an idea to Kym she is honest with the limitations. I have never left a hair appointment feeling dissatisfied. Definitely a must for honest, timely, and all around fantastic service. Eclipps Hair Cafe staff are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, very hospitable crew!

I honestly picked this place because it was a block away from the Massey where I was attending an event.

My hair dresser was a little quiet but I wasn't in a mood to talk so I was grateful.

I had Natalia. I wasn't super clear on what I wanted but I brought a collection of photos for inspiration.

The hair wash was relaxing. And not rushed (which i have felt at other places)

Anyways, she read my photos, my mood and energy.
And gave me a haircut I loved. I felt so refreshed and it was a haircut that doesn't need to be professionally styled to look good.
Sometimes I leave a salon and it looks great but then I can never get it to sit right.
Now I can wash and go and it looks good

Tenzin is absolutely the best that I've been to. I've gotten 2-3 different hair styles including a perm with him and I've been happy with it every time, which almost never happens for me. If you talk to him and see what he can do, it's very obvious he's experienced and passionate about what he does.

My sister and I always go to Tenzin for our haircuts. He’s amazing at cutting hair and always understands what the customer is looking for. He gives us exactly what we want for our hair and we’ve always left happy and with a positive experience!

I have been getting my hair cut, styled and coloured by Kym for years and am so grateful for her skills, professionalism and the love that she puts into every salon visit.
