Hello David Meyer, I was just looking back over our calendar and noted that it is one year since our first viewing on York Crescent. Considering that was the first house sale we experienced in Canada your expertise was invaluable in staging the house and setting a price that attracted as many potential customers at such a difficult time in the housing market. Outstanding realtor team. Not only have we dealt with the A-team (bought and sold), our oldest daughter just bought a place with Jenny and team. I would never use another realtor, let alone recommend that my daughter should deal with Jenny if not 100% completely satisfied. This is what other realtors should strive to emulate for service, attitude and dedication.

Great customer service

Pawan likes to relisting property for sale to reset the average time on the market. It's very annoying seeing his listings reappear under the new listings section when it's already been listed before. It's not an honest practice for a realtor.

Spoke to a managing broker named Don , what a rude, cocky, condescending person to speak to. Absolutely do not recommend this agency if your in the market.
