Timely with the shuttles leaving the airport to go pick up your vehicle with the valet service. The driver was helpful with bringing our luggage onto the bus which is great for anyone with mobility issues. Our vehicle was ready for us and we used the express kiosk for payment with no issues. We will be using this service again!

Very efficient. Polite employees. So convenient. It’s totally worth the price.

Love the service at this new pick-up location. The cars are parked close to the door so you never have to walk too far around to find your car. It is very clearly marked on how to exit, and there are two gates so there shouldn't be a long wait, even at busy times. The only thing is that after you exit there is no indication how to get back to the highway. A couple of signs would help people.

Valet parking is a joke when you have no notification as to when your car arrives at the parking lot you need to search for your own car when you want to leave. Online payment and check in didn't work so I had to wait 30 min to receive the car after I paid at the facility not before while arriving with the shuttle. Had to continuously check to see when my vehicle was in the parking lot,and nobody could alert me or tell me where my car was.

I was dropped off to pick up my car for the first time this week at this new location. I've been using Park'n'fly valet for several years now, and I am not happy with the nature of this parking lot, it is not drive-thru based. I could see how people could get stuck here on the way out, when they try to pull out, there is another car coming from that same direction, especially in the peak hours. You have to be very careful how you pull out of the spot where they leave your car, because new cars are coming in every minute, driveway is tight, and the amount of traffic could be challenging for some drivers. Be careful here!

Do not rent a car from here economy car rental. charge 1000 deposit, waited for 1 hrs to get a car, the car was dirty and bad condition, loud noise was coming from the wheel. they charged $5 a day if you use your own insurance, Bad service, will not rent again. watch out for toll pass, they will charge $50 extra even if you use $1.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS VALET SERVICE!! WE WAITED A TOTAL OF 1 (ONE) HOUR AND 43 (FORTY-THREE) MINUTES FOR OUR CAR TO BE FINALLY AVAILABLE TO US!!

We called the automated phone number after picking up our baggage. Sure, the bus arrived at post E3 within a reasonable time. That's where the positive ends for us. Once we paid for the service, we waited and waited and WAITED! Now, at over half an hour and many people (that arrived after us) got their cars, we approached the attendant who referred us the the "manager" (Wayne).

Wayne was less than sympathetic as he already was dealing with a lady in the same circumstance!! After he meandered, he eventually discovered our car was (supposedly) "still in the wash bay". He sent a clerk to get our car, BUT THE GUY RETURNED WITH THE WRONG CAR!! (YOU HAD BUT ONE JOB TO DO!)

A total of one hour, forty-three minutes later, they eventually found our car. Wayne refused to offer to waive our bill!! What the hell did we pay for exactly?! The best "he could do" was have us contact their customer service website!!

Poor service and, frankly, fraud was committed here as they did not provide the service as contracted!! So, I say again, STAY AWAY!!!
