My gaming laptop was running very hot at around 90-95. After Zain cleaned up the intake fans, exhaust etc and reapplied thermal paste to both cpu/gpu it's running SIGNIFICANTLY cooler at around 65. Great price & great service, highly recommend.

Best experience I've had with a computer repair shop.
I needed two case exhaust fans replaced because one stopped moving and I needed it done the same day, this was why I chose Ridgeway computers because the website said they could get it done same day and he did. I walked in and was out within under an hour. Zain answered all my questions and explained how it would be repaired. Price was great. I trusted him with my $3000 work computer, custom pre built. Great service from Zain. Brought my dead PC in, Zain ran diagnostics and confirmed that the PSU was dead, but the motherboard was fine and it would boot when connected to a new supply. His price for the diagnostics was very reasonable, and no hard sell to have him fix it. He recommended RMA on the power supply, but he would offer a good deal on a PSU if the RMA didn't work out. Highly recommend Zain and he is now my PC Repair goto guy!

Zain was kind, informative and helped with a loose screw on my laptop out of his own courtesy. I have also bought second hand monitors from him in previous years and they are still working. Many IT shops try to scam you, but this place is genuine.

First-rate PC service and repair at very reasonable prices! Took my trusty but "tired" 10 year old ASUS PC into Ridgeway for service and repair. It's never worked better since Zain worked his magic on it. Now it's a real pleasure to use now that its fully tuned-up and optimized for speed and fully refurbished for less than $300. Good for another 10 years or longer!

My laptop's charging port was in need of repair. Zain fixed it properly at a pretty fair price. A few days later, a different issue popped up with my laptop(unrelated to charging port; so not Zain's fault) and I took it back to the shop. Zain fixed it for me on the spot and did not charge a cent.

I highly recommend this store if you ever want to get your computer repaired. Zain knows what he's doing and he will get the job done properly.

I have a second laptop with Windows 8.1 on it and this allows me to play these older games, Emperor:Battle For Dune, Age of Empires, complete 1 and 2, Age Of Empires 3 that will not work on my other one with Windows 10.
A part burned out on the logic board and it wouldn't power up. Took a couple of weeks but Zain was able to fix and now it's fine. He didn't charge too much for the repair only less than $200 compared to trying to find another compatible laptop.

I called at 1-30pm on a Saturday to have the drivers re-installed on my laptop and files transferred over from an old laptop. I spoke to Zain who was very professional and told me to bring it in. At 4-45pm he called back to say that it was all done. Extremely professional and very easy to deal with.
I can definitely recommend Ridgeway Computers and Zain very highly.

Thank you to the team - We had a great experience at Ridgeway Computers. I called them when my computer was showing an error "disk error, may take several hours to complete"... Zane said bring it in and he helped restore the data... amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend!
