Julio was absolutely amazing! I walked in at 7:45 when the store closed at 8 and Julio helped us make a fast and informed decision about our TV selection. He was able to work within our budget and showed us comparables. He was quick and knowledgeable and even helped us save a little money by sharing the upcoming promotion. We are so happy with the size and quality of our TV choice. Big shout out to Julio! Thank you for the genuine, knowledgeable and helpful service! We were in today looking for a new phone for our son. Thank goodness we got to talk to Rahul....he was absolutely amazing! He got us the best deal and was extremely helpful and friendly.
We will definitely travel from Hamilton to see him with our cell phone needs.

Went by to buy a 65” TV and “Dar” was very informative and found the TV I was looking for. Very quick checkout and friendly customer service. Haven’t had this great service from a Best Buy staff member in long time. Hopefully management recognize his hard work.

Best service ever from Geek Squad!! The technicians are very knowledgeable and suggested replacement parts only when needed. They called to update me on the status a couple of times. They had my computer for 2 days, turnaround time was great! So hassle-free!! Thank you! 😊

I had my first great “chat” today with a Best Buy geek squad representative-was like talking to someone in person-perhaps better. But better than that, they were able to have someone to the house same day. Enter the technician who I might call the icing on the cake of this experience - he made some adjustments and educated me in the process and now all the equipment are speaking to each other as they should and sounding great. I was so impressed with this entire experience. Thank you so much.

Just had the best experience with Ayush in the computer department! This was the best customer service I’ve had in a really long time. Ayush was super patient, helpful, and honest when helping me & my dad pick out a laptop. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew the answers to all of my questions. He was even so kind to stay 30 mins later after his shift was done to help us till the very end. I made a purchase that I’m now confident in and excited about. Thanks Ayush!! You’re awesome!

Super large store and it has some amazing stuff to see. It was my first trip there and was impressed by quality of knowledge of sales staff. Informative and definitely not pushy, they are able to guide my ideas into real product solutions. Purchasing there was easy and would gladly do it again. Thanks for the purchase recommendations it was a 10/10 recommendation.

Went into the Best Buy to get some help with my Fit bit ,the young lady at customer service not very friendly. But we met a gentleman his name was Triston ,very polite young man I like his honesty he didn't know about the product but he said he would help us the best he could . He never said not my department or pass us on to someone else. Thank you for making our experience good ,

Went to several places looking for a charger for my tablet. Of course it was a last minute I need now situation. Unfortunately no charger for a tablet as old as mine could be sourced but Zach ,Sawooud and Sienna tried hard and ended up getting me into a new tablet at a great price.

I really appreciate customer service , they have great deals on electronics , I bought a gimbal stabilizer for my phone 😊 .

My faith in Best But is restored! I have been getting an extended warranty from Best Buy for 23 years and never have actually made a claim against any of them. My sons laptop had an issue with his keypad. It was nearing the end of the warranty. I took it in. The supervisor at Geek Squad pointed out all the damage to the case. Apparently my son had been carrying this laptop in his school bag and that did a number on it. I thought they would not do a repair on it. I was slightly disappointed at that point. Today I found out the Geek Squad supervisor had put in a special request and everything was repaired! The laptop looks practically brand new! I am so pleased. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for 23 years and have almost always got the warranty. I feel vindicated! Its Best Buy for me from now on!

Always a great store to visit. Don't go often but one of my favorites to shop when I do visit. Yesterday I had gone in there with my E-gift card in my pocket, chose something to buy but when i got to the cashier i couldn't find my E gift. Thought I must have left it at home but I didn't. Contacted Best Buy who in turn notified this location. They called me and said that no one has found the E gift. Later today they called me to say a staff member had found it and turned it in to Customer service. I was so relieved. Thank you again for the kindness and honesty in turing in my gift card. Very happy
