Writing this review 1 year after buying from Sam. He was reasonable, and efficient to work with. I've read some of the other reviews who seem to think dealers have time to play games. Pro-tip: If they DO have time to play games, it's because they're making a fortune off of you! He's an experienced sales person and didn't play games - I let some things slide, he let some things slide, and we came to a fair deal. All is well with the truck 1 year later. My Chevrolet mechanic said I got a good deal even a year later. I would do business with Sam again, he is a straight shooter

He’s got some of the nicest trucks on Kijiji.
I got my truck over a year ago. Purchased a warranty and never needed it. The truck was reasonably prices with very low km. A lot of the trucks these guys get are unique spec and extremely saught after.
I would only come here to buy my trucks from now on. Yes they spray the underbody with thick coating but there’s no harm in it.
Only thing I had to replace on the truck was windshield wipers and oil. Sam may have come off rude probably because he’s so busy selling trucks doesn’t have time for peasants.

It was a pleasure dealing with Sam when purchasing our F150. The vehicle was the way he described it when we got there. They pay attention to the details and take pride in the vehicles they sell. The truck was spotless both inside and out! Sam was very fair when it came to the price. He was flexible and was able to make a deal on the spot.
Overall I will say that I would deal with him again for any future purchases and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sam has been beyond stellar. I have not met another car dealer who guided me the way he did. Stellar service and excellent experience. 10/5 stars if I could!!

Working with Sam at M&J was a pleasure. He was very accommodating throughout the entire purchase process. The truck he sold me is in amazing shape and he even replaced worn parts on the truck even though they weren't safety related. All-in-all so far I was very impressed with him and the trucks they offer. Would definitely recommend M&J Canada for your truck needs.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Sam after a month of looking for a pickup truck. Had such a hard time because I faced a few scammers and unprofessional dealers in which I had to get my deposit back from. I then found M&J and right from the start Sam was professional, knew about trucks (especially the truck I was look at), and it was a smooth process and realistic delivery expecations. Ontop of all of this I ended up getting the truck and it had a issue with the heater. I mentioned this to him and he went out of his way to fix the problem and get it working perfect. Couldn't of been happier with his customer service. Ive had all but negative experiences with Dealers and process of buying cars but Sam definitely changed that for me. Thanks again

Sam was great to deal with. I had to drive a long way to test drive the car. He opened up for me on his day off to help me out. He was upfront in all aspects of the sale. I would recommend this dealership.

I just recently purchased a 2011 Benz. Sam was great to work with and before making my choice he presented me with many options within my budget. No pressure sales. Very competitive pricing and great Customer Service . Third vehicle i have now purchased from M&J Canada. I drive in from Hamilton and Sam makes it worth my while. Thx
