Excellent service for 10 stars Mr Mark provided excellent service for customer and fast to I would recommend everyone first to come to this place.
The day before I went to Battelfield store on 2525 haines rd to buy same chainsaw, thay try to sale me a used for price of new and thay are telling me that is brand new with lots of scratches unbelievable never seen something like this in my life never.

Mark and the team does great work. I was worried after my old place WE enterprises closed but my concerns were soon eased

I was doing some research on a snowblower I wanted to purchase, I checked the larger retailers and big box stores, I remember as kid going with my dad to Lukes, so I checked them out, I got excellent service from Mark, they had the unit I was looking for in stock and the quoted price was $200.00 less than the larger retailer and the big box store, picked up my unit, Mark showed me how to get it going, as well he had registered my warranty with the vendor and said they would facilitate any claims, terrific experience with excellent personalized service, I would highly recommend them.

Hidden gem, was a bit sceptical when I check the website as it’s absolutely bare minimum at this day and age. Called the shop and Mark was super friendly and reserve the machine for me for pickup, he also did a quick demo of the machine. Would definitely recommend.

Wow. This place is hidden, but what a hidden gem that was! I heard about this shop by word of mouth and ended up getting a nice Toros snowblower. The service was amazing. I was greeted and served so well from getting information on the product, the purchasing process, and picking up of the machine. I highly recommended these guys, you won't regret it and please encourage small local businesses as great as them!

Excellent service provided by Mark.What a gentleman ; he is thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. Today,I bought a Toro snowblower from him .It came fully assembled and he helped me to load into my SUV .He even gave us a little tutorial
about how to operate it and guided us about what gas and fuel stabilizer to put into it and also about summer storage. Thank you Mark.

We have used Luke's to repair lawn mowers, do maintenance on a couple of mowers and have purchased a new lawn mower from him. We've been going here for over 20 years! Recommend them highly!

A nice find. After my small engine guy retired I was left trying to find someone who could service my various pieces of lawn and snow equipment. A Google search brought me to Luke's and I'm happy to say that I have found my place. Mark is polite, knowledgeable and quick. He told me to "be patient" yet two days later I was all set to go. Pleased with the prices too. Highly recommend.

I went to Luke's a few times to buy a few small parts for my snowblower. the gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and happy to serve me. even I called him once to inquire about a part, he was extremely friendly and eager to help. I bought small parts and prices were very reasonable for OEM parts. Great job.... keep up the amazing service.

Amazing hidden gem ....I bought a whole trailers worth of landscape equipment from them and I have nothing but good things to say about them the moment I walked though the door ...from the professionalism I received to all of the knowledge they gave me when I asked questions...5 out of 5 will certainly be back!

Mark is an excellent guy. Very friendly and very good with customers, I will only come here no where else because Canadian tire and all other places 1st of all don't carry all that and when some one do carry the specialist of any product we should support them because soon Amazon will take over the world.

I stopped in today to pick up some parts for an older model Ariens snowblower. The customer service was something I would expect from a small town shop, not one in a large city. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Did not even try the up sell to a new machine even after I expressed interest in one. Thanks to Luke's for getting me up and running.
