Canada Post

Great service. I always have to go in with a million packages from my small business and they never complain and are always nice. I have gone into other post office who give me attitude and a hard time when trying to mail things. I love this location. Great Family owned store.

Nice little variety store, I frequently go here to pick up packages and the gentleman running the post counter is consistently efficient, professional, and very polite!

This is a family run store with a Canada Post outlet. They are friendly and efficient here.

And honestly I was giving the clerk a bit of a difficulty since I was very tired and I wasn't able to see
The Post Canada personnel in this store was very patient repeated himself politely In a way that I felt welcomed and I will come again
Patient people are hard to find during the pandemic and this person is very patient thumbs up

Good service, they have great rates on dry cleaning. They do passport photos, have an ATM and Lotto.

They are fantastic! Never a lineup. Very helpful.

Grumpy guy at this Canada Post. No sense of customer service. No smiles. Nothing.

About average. Nothing special to really make me love or hate the place. It’s a very convenient place to send packages, though.

I like the little store , nice soaps, cards etc They take terrible passport photos .
I had to take 2 pkgs with a bar code .in to be sent through the mail. The post office refused 1 and accepted the other .. . No one was in the store but myself.@ this time ( just staff) I did not understand why they refused the other pkg that was wrapped similarly..I contacted the company who I was sending them to the fellow asked to speak to help them with the bar code to help with accepting .. The older gentleman of the business refused, I was told to stand @ a table several feet away from the post office counter because I was taking up counter space the younger lady abruptly informed me Not the cash girl. (still I was the only customer in the store). I spoke to the person on the phone with the company for a few min .. he had asked to talk to the senior owner on speaker phone to help them on line but the owner refused . I then left after a few min as the post office staff would have nothing to do with me.. I was so embarrassed.. standing @ the little table not allowed to send my parcel as they assisted others that came in after myself later the staff greeted with smiles.. .I left so embarrassed and disappointed. I had to get another bar code from the company ..
The staff seemed very angry with me.
I was using the bar code given to me and put the pkgs together similarly did as I was explained to do.. there was no need for anger and unpleasantness likeI was a problem..
I am a friendly customer .. & was so shocked @ being treated in this manner.

Cash or debit only. Also refuse to do door delivery if there are outstanding duties. What is the point in paying delivery if you have to pick it up yourself?

Covid so I can’t pay the delivery driver? Okay so I have to now go indoors and do the same thing and pay the cashier. Avoid this location at all costs.

I received a package very damaged, the item inside was ruined. The guy must've been extremely embarrassed dropping it off in that state. My reason for returning was because of that, the damage. I didn't have any tape to fix the huge damage to the box, and was forced to BUY tape so I can fix it. Me? Fix your mistake and have to pay for it?! The man was very rude and was all up in my business trying to tell me how to pack. It's covid 19 sir, stay 6 feet away from me! If you're going to make me BUY TAPE TO FIX YOUR ISSUE I'm going to do it my way. Absolute waste of my time and ruined my day. Hope I never have to deal with this place again.

Do not have amazon packages sent here. I picked up one here thinking it would be safer than having it left outside my door, however it was already opened and empty. They shrugged and told me to contact amazon. Next time I'll take my chances with porch pirates.

My wife works from home, carrier never delivers packages, always leaves slips, if they knocked it would save us a trip, lazy mail people
