Fantastic! The lady who helped me today was amazing! She did everything fast, efficiently, was very pleasant and answered all the questions. I was in and out in 15 minutes and I did a name change and address change, and updated all the documents.
I wish every Service Ontario staff was like her!
Too bad I didn't ask her name.

Yesterday I had the oddest experience with a government agency in my life. I went to get my Ontario Photo ID and was served by C. McAlister I believe her name is. I've never been treated with more care and concern by anyone not in my direct family. She was informative, forward looking regarding my photo ID/drivers license and in general a very nice person. I almost came home and cried.

I booked an appointment for the morning and had the best experience. The lady at the desk helped me renew my drivers, health card, and license plate. There was a walk in line as well, which was not long and had a few people for 10am on a Tuesday. The staff here are very friendly. It's worth the drive to east London.

Exceptional service personnel! And they have a Commissioner on site. The most lovely person Linda assisted us on multiple occasions with a complicated situation. We were intimidated and somewhat confused about it all, but Linda and her team were so fantastic and supportive not only found a resolution but found a way to save us from paying unecessarary fees! I truly can't thank you all enough for all your time and assistance! You are greatly appreciated!

Went there this past Thursday during the morning as a walk-in without an appointment to get my health card renewed. I didn't catch the name of the lady behind the counter, but she was very nice and friendly! She mentioned we live on a similar street name.

She was very patient, polite, and answered my question. I heard her extending the same treatment to the people after me as I was packing my bag back up.

Getting my health card renewed was very quick. I was out within five minutes.

Linda was amazing! Her customer service skills were absolutely outstanding! She was very kind and knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable & quick. By far the best service Ontario experience I have ever had! Would definitely recommend this location for there service and efficiency!

We had issues with our trailer vin#, the ladies especially Angela and Kelly where so helpful on helping us to get the correct information. Always pleasant and great attitude. I would recommend this office.

This is my edited Review because I just had THE GREATEST experience at this particular Service Ontario location AGAIN!!
This time it was HELEN who went above and beyond the call of duty and made it so easy for me to sort out my I.D. Issues and get the ID card I needed so badly.
She was absolutely the kindest, most helpful, patient and wonderful person and she is such a great employee and I thank her so very much for everything.
Truly made my week!

My boyfriend and I came into this office a couple weeks ago for his licence sticker to be updated and the lady who helped us was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Her name was CAROL♥ And she was SUPER HELPFUL AND SUPER professional and personable and went out of HER WAY to help us update his health card that was expired as well and we were SUPER THANKFUL to her for that but also for her lovely customer service and amazing energy! She is the best! I would definitely recommend this office and especially Carol at this office to anyone who needs to go to a Service Canada office and wants to be treated with respect and kindness!! How come this place isn't 5 stars? I have been coming here for the last 4 years and the service is always quick, courteous, helpful and kind. Sometimes people don't have their paperwork, and they let them go back to their car to get it. They do everything possible to service everyone.

Today there was a child crying and screaming uncontrollably and it didn't even phase the team. They completely ignored it and helped the lady out with a smile.

These people are amazing! Thank you so much! I really appreciate you.

Easily the most efficient of any ServiceOntario location I've ever been to, and the staff is very friendly and helpful too.
