I've always enjoyed the food and this is definitely the place to go if you're craving pretzel bites with beer cheese dip, my favourite thing on the menu!

I really enjoyed the Slum Dog, great flavours. Brussel sprouts are also good. I usually go with a side of caesar salad and the portion is large. I do really miss the lamb burger and have been hoping it makes a comeback!

I've never been disappointed in the service. They've always taken care to read special instructions when ordering for delivery (removing toppings, separate containers), much appreciated.

It has been about 20 years since I was last in a E&C because Saskatoon's closed. It was absolutely fabulous and just like I remembered! I do also like the updated menu to have gluten free options. The food was absolutely delicious, and my kids agreed that the Elephant & Castle indeed has the best fries ever!

Stayed at the Delta and came downstairs for dinner. Attached to the hotel lobby so very convenient access. Staff were friendly, plenty of seating, and everything came quick. The burger and fries were delicious and well cooked. Juicy and large burger with crispy on the outside and soft on the inside fries.

Oh My Gosh!! This place is so awesome! The food was out of this world! Truly a slice of England landed in Manitoba! The Most Delicious meal ever! The service was brilliant!

Absolutely *great* service and food, over multiple visits during my stay at the Delta hotel. The staff cheerfully divided the check for our large group.

In addition to the adorable "Wee Pie Flight", I recommend the roasted cherry tomatoes in olive oil with whipped feta and grilled bread. Delicious!

Food quality is well above par, and sent out in a timely manner, even during busy services. Food is reasonably priced.

Servers are very friendly and promptly greet customers when walking into the restaurant.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with authentic British style artwork on the walls. New additions include the Foosball table, and mini soccer in the room where the VLTs used to be. (very grateful those machines are gone as it helps keep out unwanted characters that lurk downtown)

Elephant and Castle is perfectly located in the downtown core area, close to the Canada Life Centre, True North Square, Convention centre, and major hotels which makes it a great spot for a bite to eat or a simple little coffee sit down for both locals and tourists!

this place is incredible and has treated their guests with the best service. the menu is top notch for pub food and snacks. I recommend the bangers and mash. mashed potatoes and homemade sausages swimming in gravy is a beautiful thing with a properly poured Kilkenny. thank you to the staff.

I heard that Honey Dill sauce is unique to Manitoba so I had to try it out.....
I just came in for an after work conference glass of wine. JUST made it in time to order a happy hour glass of wine. Happy hour is until 6:00 pm unlike BC.Thank you Braydon for the quick pleasant service. Back to the honey dill sauce... it was sweet, tasty with just the right creaminess. Definitely a great pairing with salty fries (peal on) or chicken strips! Thank you Braydon for providing me with a unique Manitoba experience!

I’ve been there twice now. I got the blue cheese burger both times. The hot buffalo chicken soup was really good, but the soup changes daily. The tomato and feta starter thing was absolutely delicious. I got the mule and one of the gin drinks and they were both good.

Lovely laid back atmosphere, grate music and with excellent friendly staff. Definitely a place to try and will be going back soon.

Showed up here during a Winnipeg jets game, awesome place, food was amazing good. Our waiter was very good, took care of my wife's annoying dietary needs. The EC red ale was a win as well. Rickards is still my fav though. Parking sucks

I was here about 2 months ago , very clean place inside and nice , has a good vibe walking around . Beautiful bar , and their menu are great , only down side were the wings I've order were dry , but our waiteress had notice and offered us a free dessert. Very polite and generous.

Solid little English style pub. Feels cozy in a pretty cement-heavy landscape. Has a patio that has decent people watching at the right time of year, but prefer the cozy interior as a bit of a winter escape.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great variety of dishes served😋. The butter chicken was delicious and the portions were awesome for the price! 👍The service was great and atmosphere was nice! My only complaint was that my husband who is anaphylactic to dairy didn't have great options😕.

14 years going strong as a regular. All the waitresses are awesome! Music great. Atmosphere great. Food great.

Took my wife here tonight for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Menu was fairly priced, Staff was very nice and came around the perfect amount. Granted we came in on a Thursday and it wasn't crazy busy. I had the chicken sliders and French onion soup, my wife had the steak and mushroom pie. I could go into great deal on why the food was so good but to put it short and sweet, right size portions, not cheap ingredients. Fast to the table and hot. Also have to mention there's happy hour and daily food and beverage promotions. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Great food, as well, service was friendly and efficient. Great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place.

Elephant and Castle is awesome, I really liked the pub feel they've got going on. It's poky and cramped and the lights are dim and the TVs are on. Not showing the football; but you can't have everything. You'll just have to settle for hockey.

Jets fans, I'm kidding. The food is really good, I had a wrap and I would definitely have it again. Its filling, it's rich, and best of all it's at a very reasonable price. I didn't see any beer on tap but I'm sure it's there (otherwise it wouldn't be much of a pub, right?), and even if it isn't you really can't go wrong here.

Go here if you're a pub guy and you miss it. It won't be the same, but it does come very very close. And hey, good food is good food. Special shout out to the chips, which were far better than I was expecting.

My Husband & I tried Elephant & Castle for the first time today and we will difinatly be back again! The atmosphere is so warm & inviting, the staff are very friendly & knowledgeable and the FOOD....OMG..the FOOOOOOD is to die for! 5 stars plus for sure!
