Roux Denture Clinic

Dr. Roux knows his stuff. I have a very small mouth and the dentist I went to before had not only made my dentures too large but gave me a cross bite and an overbite. Dr. Roux rebuilt my dentures and made them fit my mouth. Though Stony Plain is quite a ways away from home, the trip is totally worth it. Friendly and accomodating atmosphere. Thank you Dr. Roux and staff.

A week ago, my upper denture cracked! A scary feeling! I went to my notepad to get the information about Roux Denture Clinic. I jotted their name down because I saw that they offered flexible partials constructed by Dr Dwight. Partials without the use of metal. My last set of upper denture and a bottom partial denture made for me by a different local denturist, was made with all kinds of metal. Metal pieces with sharp pointy edges, and so uncomfortable. I wore this set of dentures for over 5 years. I wore the bottom partial for about 5 times in the same 5 years. Eating has been quite difficult for me. Not to mention the upper denture with crooked teeth, teeth too yellow, teeth too short, causing a lot of gum showing when I would smile. So, poor eating and keeping my mouth closed to smile. Also, the previous denture clinic were not friendly. They wouldn’t listen when I told them my concerns. When I expressed wanting adjustments made, discomfort concerns and help, they told me I’d need to keep re booking expensive appointments to address my issues. $$$. Most of my discomfort I was told, was because of the natural shape of my mouth. Nothing more could be done.
With the cracked denture happened last week, I called Roux Denture Clinic for emergency help. They were able to get me in for a while you wait repair within two hours. Dr. Dwight is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. He treated me with care and concern. I told him I’ve been wanting new dentures. He immediately took my impressions and booked me in for my next appointment within a day or two. Each visit was absolutely professional and I was treated with so much kindness and understanding. Joni was able to help me with my benefits insurance and answered each and every question precisely and clearly. She also did an amazing job for me as well. I got to wear my new teeth out of the office yesterday and was super excited to immediately attempt to chew and eat foods I haven’t been able to enjoy for years! And it was a divine pleasure with no pain whatsoever. The new teeth chosen were a nicer, whiter shade as well as taller to show less gum. I’ve been smiling ever since I left their clinic yesterday afternoon, just to look at them in the mirror and to show them off. I couldn’t be happier with my new teeth!!! I absolutely love them.
Yes, a long review here…but that being the same as the amount of time spent with me during the whole process. Dwight and Joni deserve a long and heartfelt review to even begin to praise them for their incredible work, care, and professionalism. I couldn’t and wouldn’t be able to find or be interested in any other denture clinic other than Roux. They have my full and utter respect and business in the future.
Please please consider going to see them! You won’t find a better place to go to get the most awesome final result you are looking for!!!

I wish they had a place to check off 10 stars because i would check them all! They are, by far, the best team I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They are not only the best at what they do, but they are some of the best people I have ever met!! Dwight, the way you respect your wife's opinion is so refreshing and the same thing back to Joni! I also live in Edmonton. The only reason i chose to drive so far to Roux clinic was because they don't use any metal in their dentures. I have an allergy to metal and everyone else i contacted used metal in their dentures! I was nervous about choosing to go with a company that is doing what nobody else was doing in their field. I am so happy that i have a nickel allergy and needed to come here!! If you need dentures, I promise you they are well worth the drive!! Please go see them....you will never regret that decision!! Thank you so much for everything you both have done for me!! It is appreciated beyond what i could possibly write here to recommend you both!! When i go and see my regular dentist next, you can be sure that i will be as insistent as i can be for them to send their patients to you guys!

From the moment that you walk into Roux Denture Clinic you feel a relaxing comfortable experience. Joni is wonderful and puts you at ease and has the most wonderful smile. Dwight is compassionate. Helps you be comfortable explaining the procedures that will take place.
Your comfort is number 1 priority .
The dentures he makes are superb and comfortable. He makes sure they fit right and will have you come back multiple times to make sure the lining is good and they are a comfortable fit.
Best part..... He does house calls.
I went into their clinic nervous as I had to have all my teeth out and dentures put in. I left with beautiful new teeth a fabulous smile and a better feeling of myself

We are from Edmonton but our travel to Stony Plain is always worth it to visit the Roux Denture Clinic. They are all great and best in customer service. Called and needed to get an appointment as soon as possible for my aging father to have his dentures repaired. They started to rub his gums and cause sores which prevented him from wanting to eat. Joni was able to get him in right away and Dwight was able to repair the issue the same day. My dad has some disabilities and Dwight came out and even held the door open for me to wheel my dad into the office. I highly recommend this caring and wonderful team.

Mr. Dwight and Joni Roux, was really kind and approchable. I was lucky to find their denture clinic because it took years for me and my husband to finally decide to have dentures. It was because before we we’re afraid we can’t afford it. Then, it made us decide to finally have partial dentures because of the kind consideration of Mr. Dwight and Mrs. Joni Roux.
