Pharmacy staff is awesome! They know me by name and always look out for me. The pharmacist is super caring and knowledgeable. The best part is that all staff are fluent in English! I would highly recommend!

I lived in Stony Plain for a number of years. The Rexall pharmacy staff were great to deal with.

I usually get the same 2 pharmacists, a guy and a girl with an accent & they are great. They patiently answer my 100 ?s without being rude and give helpful advice.

The Pharmacists at Stony Plain Rexall are excellent and go above and beyond their call of duty. Great Job!

As far as the pharmacy goes- I will NOT use them unless I absolutly have too. Since the staff changes in the pharmacy it has ruined what was a wonderful pharmacy. 7hrs to fill a prescription? And they don't carry Tylenol 1's? Really??? Since when does a pharmacy not have Acetaminophen w/codine for OTC purchase? My daughter fractured her arm to the point of surgery unfortunately her friends took her to the Stony Hospital. The Dr sent hwr home with NO meds for the pain& what he did give her she was allergic too. Our Dr (in edmonton) was on holidays so we needed SOMETHING to get her through till we could get a prescription that helped. The pharmacist and assistant working the day I went in and asked for Tylenol 1's treated me so poorly, and with judgement like I was some kind of Junkie. My husband and I walked out in such disgust at how we were treated by these 2 people. All we wanted was our daughter to have some relief from the pain. NEVER again will I fill ANYTHING at this store.
The font end staff is a totally different story!! They are all very pleasent and helpful. The assistant manager is lovely to deal with and is always willing to help you find whatever it is you need or are interested in. They always have amazing deals on numerous product from make-up to skin care, snacks, sesonal items and their clearance sheves always have a good find if you watch. Ita a great store unfortunately the oharmacy is uselsss

Wanted to modify my review - as staff changes have happened in the pharmacy, the quality of service has declined significantly. My spouse has actually moved his prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

In my experience the store has always been really clean, the staff friendly and the pharmacists have always been very kind and helpful.
