Meridian Self Storage

This is our go to storage facility. Very clean and well maintained. Even during winter the facility is easy to access. The hours and easy access all year round keep me coming back. The rental and contract termination is smooth and effortless. The people are amazing with great communication and I believe they truly care. Highly recommend!!!!

Sandy has helped with the stress of finding a space when I was last min moving back to the area. Due to family health issues I needed to stay with them which meant all my stuff had to be put away. I had no idea on how much space I would need or for how long. However she walked me thru the sizes and guided me in the right direction. The yard was always area clean area, snow and ice dealt with promptly. Would use again, and highly recommend them.

While downsizing our place, my wife and I had to utilize a storage facility for a short time. We stored our stuff at Meridian initially because of a promo deal, but it ended up being the best decision in that move that we made. Sandy was incredible to deal with, the facility was extremely clean, and the choices of storage spaces were great. If we need to utilize a storage facility again, we will definitely be going with Meridian.

Sandy at the front desk was fantastic. She got to me as quickly as she could while still giving her attention to the person before me.
She was friendly and thorough while going over the contract, how to find my site, amenities etc.
Excellent front desk service, I even got greeted by the Dog while waiting in line (10/10 good boy as well, he earned the pets!)
The site sounds great, this is our first time using this service and I’m excited to see it when we bring our unit in.

Great Facilities, Great people to deal with. The whole compound is hard paved rather than gravel with concrete slab floors and dry walled interiors to the storage locker we had. We used this storage facility while we were building our new home and it was perfect for us! Highly recommend using them if you need storage!

Clean well kept storage units. Just ended 2 years using a garage size storage unit. Everything we own is in perfect condition when we cleaned our unit out.Very friendly staff and very secured facility! Highly recommend.

Nothing but great things to say about Meridian Self Storage! I rented a unit many years ago and for well over a year.

Recently had to rent another storage unit. The size I was looking for wasn't quite available, but Sandy went above and beyond to help me. Got me a unit, big enough to fit all of our belongings and eased my worry weather a big moving truck can pull up to it.

Massive shout out to Sandy who has been there almost 2 decades and is always the sweetest and kindest. Grateful for her patience!!

Storage units are always cleaned and ready, even helpful tips on how to store your belongings. The ladies walk around daily to check our units and locks to ensure that security and peace of mind.

Sandy is Fantastic to deal with, and their facility is top notch!! Sani Dump onsite, air compressor, Clean yard with gravel sites. We were in a 40 ft site for the first 6 months due to a shortage of spots, but once a smaller one opened up Sandy moved us to fit our budget better!!

I rarely write reviews but I felt that the service by Sandy was over and above what we expected. We have been dealing with Meridian Storage (Sandy) for the last 8 years. Customer service is great, storage units are clean and the prices are competitive. If you are looking for straight up dealings I highly recommend giving Sandy a call.

I had no problems getting a storage space and at a cost lower than expected. Easy access,plenty of palettes available if needed.

Meridian Self Storage was amazing , I needed a storage unit fast and Sandy at the desk was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate. I have been using Meridian Storage for my needs on and off for over 5 yrs now . There units are clean , complex is kept and maintained , gated access is secure and convenient, the staff is very friendly and easy to work with . Sandy always remembers me and puts a smile on my face every time we talk. They have many unit sizes to choose from and great rates too.
I’m so happy I chose them , and will be using them again in the future .

Best customer service ever. Have used these guys for many many years with 1 storage unit and used 1 storage unit for my dad's stuff for a year. Never any issues with the units. No rodents or spiders! Second time renting a storage unit at Meridian Self Storage and our experience was just as great the second time as it was the first. Sandy always has a friendly voice and eagerness to serve. Units are clean and well secured. We even got a phone call when we accidentally forgot to properly lock our unit up making it susceptible to theft. Highly recommend!!

I store my muscle car there this winter. The units there were very nice and clean. The rates were very good. Similar units in the west end of Edmonton were twice as expensive. Sandy who was very courteous and professional dealt with my question and was excellent to deal with. I would recommend this place for your storage needs

Meridian Self Storage has provided my business with a clean, easy to access and reasonably-priced storage unit. Even though the location is a bit of a drive from Edmonton, it is still easy to get to... no sketchy renters that i have seen; and no surprise rent increases! I have enjoyed all of my dealings with Sandy and her colleagues at Meridian, and always recommend them to my friends and associates.
